"Good day, student."

We all stood on our feet to greet Mrs. Louis our Crk teacher immediately she came in. She's here to teach us about the word of God, lol. I thought I was late but lilly was. She literally met me in class. I wondered what could stole her time that way.

On my gosh! She looks ravishingly beautiful this morning. Her smooth round pretty face perfect the smiles she dishes while gently reading her novel with her dark ocean eyes. I wonder what could stole that smile from her from that novel - Second Class Citizens.

Maybe she got wowed on how Adah ran to Methodist school passionately to earn herself educational knowledge. I don't know, it a guess. Lol.

Though I have red the novel but I need to read it again to perfect some themes of the Novel that's very important. She loves reading. I can't count how many times I have caught her reading the same novel. Maybe she really likes it.

I don't know why she doesn't want to be my girl. I'm looking good like she always wanted her guy to be this morning but, she's not even sighting my spot. She's just looking back glancing at Mike who isn't reciprocating every seconds.

I have told her to let go of Mike. He's someone else's boyfriend but she wouldn't listen. I guess Angel haven't noticed her eyeing mike because I know what she could do and she also know angel could be temperamental sometimes.

Mike is the guy she's crushing on. Though nobody knew that but I know because she told me she's not interested in me but I notice how she always reacted when taking to Mike or around mike. I have told her to stop looking at him but she would keep mute still.

We have never had a proper conversation that could lead to her responding back. I think I'm in love with her genuinely. I can't even think straight.

I just don't t want to expose mike to the class. He's a cleaner in Rien Deal company but he doesn't want anybody to know. I knew this just last term when I followed my dad to the company. He didn't see me but I signted him cleaning the compound of the company through my dad's car that I was.

He looks so recklessly handsome, lol. He always look good in school but off school, mike isn't worth looking. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve angel but if Angel get to know anything about this, I'm sure she will cut him off her side, I guess.

Lilly might not. She doesn't discriminate and she's one of the children of the famous Wealthy man in our country. Though, that's not the reason why I like her, I just feel like she should floak with birds of same feather.

Out of all my classmates, mike should be the poorest poor in our midst. I guess he doesn't want to feel inferior that's why he doesn't want to reveal it and I wonder how he got to pay school fee first. I will ask my father about it. I'm always damn surprised how he usually pay his school fee because our fee is quite expensive.

Today too, I saw him hop down from a black range Rover sport with tinted windows. I guess there's something mike is hiding because I know he's poor he can't afford that, of course.

I just don't know if I should reveal it so that lilly can be mine but, Angel might leave mike and it would make no sense in the minds of people because they will assume I did that to get Lilly's attention Which is so.

"Joseph is one of the 11th child of Jacob. Jacob loves Joseph so much because he was the child of his old age. He made the special love he had for Joseph seemed obvious that his siblings started envying Joseph him. They plan to kill him not just because of that alone but, the special gift God vested in him (Dreamer)..."

She stopped to as she noticed something strange from mike. She pointed at him and ask him to stand up. Mike is one of the best student in crk. If he didn't scure first position in crk, lilly would. Mike and Lilly always dragged the first position in crk.

I don't drag with them because no matter how I get to work hard and sweetened my narration when writing tests or exam, it will still be third best student in crk. I've literally given up and leave it for them.

But they sure know I'm the master in government and literature. They don't dare take my first position but lilly always make sure she come close with one or two marks. That beauty right there, us a beautiful beast academically.

"Are you okay, mike?"

"Yes, Mrs. Louis."

"Okay."

She continue with her narration. I could notice that too because he angrily left angel's seat before the lecture started immediately he came. What might be wrong with him? I guess Angel and Mike had a serious clash because, that should be my first time of seeing such reaction from mike to angel who he can kill himself for, lol.

I just want this teacher to finish this narration and go. Who doesn't know the story of Joseph and how he became deputy of pharaoh? I always got caught in church on everything Mrs. Louis do teach us but is just that she always go in details more.

"He became the second in command after pharaoh and live well in Egypt. With that being narrated, do you have any questions?"

Everyone raised their hands excluded mike. Everyone looked back to Check if Mike is raising one of his hands because they knew he always ask questions every christian religion knowledge class but today wasn't included as he sat down looking like a frustrated person.

I was even surprised that everyone did raised up their hands. Mrs. Louis was aback too because of how we were all active. She didn't realize mike didn't raised his hands until lilly spoke.

"Mike, are you okay?"

The class became silent that one could hear the sound of a needle if it fall down. Her angelic voice drives me crazy anytime she talks. I could listen to her all day talking. She speak calmly and sweet.

All eyes began shining on Mike like a celebrity including Mrs. Louis. Lilly stood up and a take a few steps to his seat. I wonder what angel might be feeling seeing them together maybe she haven't noticed what I observed but I think she would've. She's a smart girl.

"Why are you world-weary?"

"I'm fine, lilly. Thanks."

He smiled at her as he said that. Lilly walk back to her seat and continue paying attention to Mrs. Louis. Mrs. Louis wave at him and walk nearer to Mike's place.

"Don't tell me you've Started what you always preach against."

"What's that, Mrs. Louis?"

He ask wearing a worried face. Everyone was surprised he couldn't remember what he do preached against. Mrs. Louis then look back and ask the class if they could remember him..

"Low self esteem!"

Everyone mutted loudly to give response to what he's delusional about. His facial expressions changes and stoop up.

"Oh! That? I'm not. It never can be lively for someone every seconds. I guess I'm just down naturally. I will be fine. I will never do what I preached against."

He said smiling at Mrs. Louis directly while looking her eyeball to eyeball. She held his hands and told him not to get down naturally because it's not what's good for growth in human.

"Thanks."

Mike said as he sit down back. I know there's something wrong with him and I could assume he has started doing what he always peach against maybe because he realizes he's the Only poor person in our class. I think it's not even bad because he afforded our school and that what matters but I think there's something foreign about Mike that needed an understanding.

Mike have always been preaching about low self esteem in the class. He even wrote an article against low self esteem and how one can curb it since it's normal that it can't be eradicated but curb.

"Mrs. Louis, maybe is because you haven't praised him today in your class and call him the usual 'CRK-BOY' "

Everyone included Mrs. Louis burst into laughter as angel, finally break her silent. She haven't said anything since the class started. She's just looking and smiling and observing. The way she looked at lilly when she got up to check up on Mike seemed deep that one could mind negative meaning in but I will assume I'm just over thinking things because I knew there's a chemistry between Lilly and Mike.

"With that being said, it good to say mike have taken over the class now."

Everyone laugh out loud again. She answered and explained to some people that ask questions about the life of Joseph and the trials he faced being a leader.

"Our test is coming soon, I will see who will take off mike from first position this time around again. Lilly tried but let see if she would pull through this term. Mike perish that thought inorder not to open a can of worms."

That was her last statement when she exit our class. Lilly and I glanced at each other unexpected and then she smiles. I didn't know how and what led to that but i felt relieved and much more better than the crk class I had attended earlier.

I stood up to move to her side maybe we could gist and have her chit chat but immediately I stood up to start going to her seat, mercy call my name with her voice from behind. I was surprised.
