VANESSA'S POV
I woke up in an unfamiliar room with only a blanket, a pillow, a washroom, and a toilet. I quickly get up from the small bed to search for anything that could help me escape again, but there's nothing I could use. Yes, there is a blanket, but it's too thin I'd only injured myself.
"FUCK! Now I'm doomed."
I noticed my injuries were no longer there and are completely healed, but they left a scar. The scar is big yet, it isn't too obvious.
"Wow... I didn't know I'd ever scar myself." I said looking at the scars on my arms and hands.
This metal that is imprisoning me is deadly to me. I could die if stick myself on it for only ten seconds. It burns me faster than a flame, and it seeps into my bones. My arms and hands burned weren't just on the skin, but a part of my hands and arms' bone has melted, that was why it was so painful when Cedric gripped it tightly.
"I can't stay here. But there's no way I could escape from he

CEDRICS POVMemories of the past about how I met Saya flooded inside my head. Those words Vanessa asked of me, were the exact same words Saya asked the first time we met at the lake. Saya was crying so sadly beside the lake begging under the full moon to give her mother back to her. Her eyes are filled with loneliness, she's exhausted and her face says she's at her limit."What exactly are you asking me to take away from you?" I asked. "Is it only the loneliness or is it the memory that makes you feel lonely?""Why? Can you take this feeling away from me?" She asked crying."I can. So which is it?""T-The memories... Take the memories of my mother from me. I can't bear to live another day remembering how she died because of me. Please..."Saya kneeled before me, begging desperately. I thought it was pathetic and I was amused by how the human heart could be so wicked. So the following full moon I visited the lake again, I never thought
VANESSA'S POV Before I opened my eyes, the woman I saw beside the lake that look's exactly like me, mouthed something. "Don't let him repeat his mistakes..." That's what she said. When I woke up, I'm already in the room where Cedric and I usually sleep. I tried to get up but there are strong hands wrapped around my waist. "Let go, Cedric," I said taking his hands away but he won't budge. "Don't call me that." "Don't call you what?" I asked confused. "Cedric..." He answered. "That's your name, what else can I call you if not that?" "That... is not my name." We're talking with my back facing him and his face buried on my neck, sniffing my scent. "Apollo..." He said loosening his hands around my waist. "What?" "Call me Apollo from now on." "Whatever!" I shrugged. I tried to get up but he tightened his hold of my waist preventing me from escaping from
I still doubt Angela's real intention, but I really need to get away from this place, from Apollo as soon as possible. Every second I stay here longer my heart gets swayed. I can't stop myself from thinking about him, and I can't help falling deeper...Every kiss, every touch, every time our bodies become one makes me shudder and scream in delight. No matter how much I try to fight myself, I've already fallen so deeply that it's impossible to fight it anymore. That's why I have to leave before I change my mind and choose to stay with him."First, open the door so I could get out," I told Angela."That's why I'm here. Duh!" She said rolling her eyes, and I rolled mine. She easily opened the door and I'm finally able to get out of my prison, unharmed."Apollo will kill you once he finds out..." I said."Are you worried about me?" She teasingly smiled."You helped me after all...""I've died countless times in his hands. Dying for
The pack warriors' expressions quickly changed. They have this instinct of submission towards their supposed to be luna, though a little different than the alpha. "Are you really, Vanessa Hudgens?" Asked the pack warrior who is the leader of the group. "Yes, it's me..." Luther and his followers sighed in relief. Though they went with me, they still have their doubts about my identity. I can't blame them since they thought I'd died last year. "But Vanessa, you're marked." Said Carter. Carter is the leader of the pack warriors guarding the border. In fact, we became quite acquainted with each other when I started staying in the packhouse for the marking ceremony of Alexander and me. He's also a close friend of the makeup artist that was ruthlessly killed in my room the day I was kidnapped. "Yeah, I am," I said guiltily. The pack warriors scoffed at me. The way they look at me instantly changed upon hearing my answer. "And
When Edward finally let Luther stay, they all turned their gazes towards me making me flinch and shiver for some reason.Edward sat on his chair intertwining his fingers with a serious yet elegant look. Despite being in his late 60's, Edward still has his handsome face, powerful aura, and youthful looks like he's still in his late 30's like how a human would look in that age. He intently gazed at my brown orbs with his dark blue ones, which sent shivers down my spine before finally asking his first question."Do you know why Cedric attacked our pack and kidnapped children of status from other powerful packs and clans?" He finally asked. My body started trembling uncontrollably upon remembering the very reason this has happened. I couldn't speak but tremble before them, and at the sides of my eyes, I could see Leo snicker at the state I'm in."Just why does he hate me so much?" I questioned in my head."Do you not know the reason? Or you're no
"Look here, I don't know why you hate me so much, Leo. But I'm not your enemy. Instead of wasting time dawdling whether I am an accomplice or not, why don't you just give me a chance to explain myself?" I said annoyed. He's always getting in my way and it's freaking annoying. I don't even know him. Today, outside their pack border was my first time meeting him and I don't remember doing anything that might have offended him. "What's there to explain?" He scoffs. Luther sighed, " Let's just hear her out. What if we ended up punishing her when she's innocent?" He said. "Makes sense..." Replied Edward. He's finally calmed down a little. Just enough to control himself. "What? Bu-" Leo still wanted to say more but Luther glared at him making him shut his mouth and cower. Now everyone in the room fell silent waiting for someone to open their mouth and speak. Leo who's so against me finally didn't think of opening his mouth again. I have now
Just like that, I was able to tell them everything I know. And in the end, I managed to make them believe me. But I couldn't tell them I was the werewolf with two eye colors they were desperately searching for. I am not confident with myself. I know too well how powerful Cedric is, and that no one even myself would stand a chance against him. Throughout the conversation we had in Edwards' office, he's lost control of himself many times and his wolf would resurface to take control. I've told them everything that has happened in the woods one year ago. I told him the things Cedric did to Alexander and how Alexander struggled to the end. But strangely, I couldn't bring myself to cry. Talking about Alexander, I feel empty. But when I think about Cedric, a surge of immense pain comes into my chest making me feel unbearably guilty. I feel guilty towards the people on the attack, but now, I don't feel the same way anymore. I'm even having thoughts about regrets of coming ba
I stared at the guy who is five meters away from me, and I know everyone could hear his frantic heart beatings from the way I look at him. And without any further effort, everyone turned their gazes to the person whose heart is beating like crazy. "W-Why are you looking at me? It wasn't me! That woman is lying! How could I inform the Queen of witches when I don't even know her? I don't even have a magic device that could communicate with them!" He started talking himself without even being asked. "Oh really? There are more than a hundred warriors behind you...How are you so sure I was looking at you? And besides, I only looked, I didn't say anything. So how did you come up with such a conclusion that I was framing you?" I said and he froze. Luther, Edward, Diego, Michael, and Massimo looked at each other. Massimo nodded and Luther and Diego instantly pinned the man down. "All of you are crazy! It wasn't me!" Yelled the man. But we all know bet
