Chapter 24. Heir of Smith Corporations

They arrived at the underground parking lot of Smith Corporations. Parking close to the elevator the bodyguard jumped off and opened the door for John. He stepped out still puzzled. They stood in front of the elevator waiting in silence.

*Ping*

The elevator doors open and a few people step out looking at him in disgust. He stepped into the elevator and looked at his appearance in the mirror. His face had dirt and he had come in that dirty overalls which was blue earlier that morning. His clothes were now brown with dust, creased and dirty. His hair had cobwebs. He looked like a hobo, a drunkard off the streets. He dusted himself but still looked filthy.

*Ping*

They had reached the last floor of the building, the 75th floor. It was one if the tallest buildings in the city. He stepped out of elevator, still fully aware of his appearance and put his head down in embarrassment. To his surprise there was no one on this floor.

"Sir, would you like to freshen
