"Easy, easy, I didn't mean any harm," Ethan said softly as if to calm Lisa who was already looking like a raging volcano down.

Her face was a bright shade of red and he could tell she was angry just by seeing her clenched fist.

Lisa raised an eyebrow and gave a derisive snort. "Please. That guy's so clueless, he obviously doesn't have a good taste when it comes to women." Her tone dripped with disinterest as she shrugged nonchalantly. "And what's it to you, anyway? It's not like you're my matchmaker or something.”

Ethan leaned forward, a mischievous glint in his eye. "Listen, Lisa. I have a proposal that'll make both of us happy. Trust me, Henry is the perfect match for you, you just need to work harder to catch the big fish."

She scoffed upon hearing his reply, not believing that he was actually serious about this.

Suddenly she heard her phone vibrate on the table, the sound buzzing on the top floor.
