132. Walk

I slowly walked in the forest trying to pick up any slight sound of noise I could get.

The surrounding area wasn't safe and I knew that it was just a matter of time before hunters caught up with us.

We moved and changed places a lot for the very reason. It was annoying but worth it because it kept us safe.

I stilled my movements when I heard low breathless panting a few meters away. Judging from the heavy footsteps I was picking up as well, I knew that whoever it was they weren't a threat to me or my brothers. Hunters were light with their feet and movements, they trained on how to be invisible and quick in the movements. In order to attack their prey without them knowing, they mastered a lot of technics that were deadly and hard to shield from.
