Chapter 42

I entered my room and put two of the obscure elicit pellet into my mouth. I was feeling thirsty because I had been by fire for quite  long. I drank a glass full of water. Immediately I felt some pains in my stomach.

At first, it was not severe but with time it became so severe that I could do nothing I just laid on my bed and it was as if I have had surgery on my chest. I couldn’t breathe and began to roll over on my bed. The pain was severe and I was off.

About two hours later I recovered from my unconsciousness. As soon as I regained my consciousness I sat up on my bed to access my body if I was fine. I decided to read if the kind of pain I went through was real and part of the symptoms. I realized I had taken the pellet wrongly.

I was supposed to have taken one and to take the other one in two days’ time later. So it was an overdose and once my condition had stabilized there was nothing to be afraid of.
