Margot was very surprised.

She glanced at Curtis while driving and asked, "I grew up with you instead of my parents? Why is that?"

"When you went missing at the age of three, I was the one who found you and took you to the orphanage. I supported your education, and you spent the next several years of your life growing up there.

"Later, your brother came over and found you. They decided to settle down here because of you."

Margot was stunned.

She suddenly pulled the car over to the side, and stared at Curtis in disbelief.

Due to the sudden braking of the car, Curtis instinctively shielded Louis in his arms and looked toward Margot.

"What's wrong?"

Margot's face turned pale.

"So the ones who raised me are you and your parents?"

Curtis pressed his lips together and fell silent for a while before speaking again.

"It's not really all that, since you grew up in an orphanage."

Margot said, "But you supported my education, so if it weren't for you, I'd be a poor soul wandering the
