Margot didn't leave; she put down her phone, turned around, and headed to the kitchen to help Sabrina.

Sabrina saw her godmother coming over and advised her. "Mommy, you can go rest now. I can take care of it myself."

"Don't worry, Mom will help you. Are we going to make grilled steak next?"

"Yes."

Margot rolled up her sleeves and said, "Let me handle it."

Sabrina sneaked a glance toward the living room where her Dad was, and seeing that he didn't say anything more, she let Margot have her way.
