Chapter 599

Margot and Natalie climbed the mountain for two hours and finally reached halfway up the mountain.

They found a rock to sit on and rest.

It was evening. The sun was setting in the west, and the afterglow spilled across the sky. It dyed the clouds hanging in the air red and created a stunning sight.

Margot couldn't help but take a few photos with her phone.

She asked, "Isn't this place beautiful?"

Natalie nodded. "I always thought I could only see the sunset glow on the mountaintop or by the sea. I didn't expect to see it here either. Coupled with the peaks and ridges on the opposite side, it looks just like a painting."

Margot said, "Last time we came, it was raining. When we woke up in the morning, the peaks on the opposite side were covered in mist, just like an ink painting. It was beautiful."

She felt the air here was good. If they had a house here, they could come for a vacation and escape the summer heat every year, which would be great.
