Chapter 181

That afternoon, Curtis arrived punctually at the university to pick up Margot.

Margot was greeted with a bouquet of sunflowers when she entered the car. They were particularly vivid and beautiful.

She accepted the bouquet and looked at Curtis with a smile. "Are these for me?"

Curtis hummed in acknowledgment.

Curtis pulled her into his arms and habitually kissed her on the forehead.

Margot didn't refuse the gesture. She took out her phone and took pictures of the flowers, then took a selfie.

After taking the pictures, she put away her phone and asked Curtis, "Curtis, can I ask you something?"

"Sure, go ahead."

Curtis gazed intently at her. The woman before him was just like the bouquet of flowers in her arms, so beautiful that people couldn't bear to look away.

Or perhaps he was afraid that if he looked away, she would suddenly disappear.
