Chapter 1373

When Edna saw Daniel come in with a fruit platter, she sat there with a heart full of sadness, gazing at him. She wasn't not sure if he brought the fruit for himself or if it was meant for Zyla.

Zyla, upon seeing there was food, quickly got up and went over to get some.

She smiled as she picked a few cherries from the tray Daniel was holding and handed them to Edna. "Eat up, Edna."

Edna shook her head and said, "You eat. I'm not hungry."

Daniel placed the tray in front of Edna and crouched down beside her, saying, "I prepared this especially for you. Enjoy it."

Edna looked at him and felt an inexplicable ache in her heart.

She said, "I don't need it. You also don't have to force yourself to be nice to me. We're no longer in a relationship, and if we meet again, we'll just be strangers."
