Seeing that Margot was here, Curtis finally breathed a sigh of relief and waved his hand.

He said, "No worries, go ahead and get cleaned up."

He was so scared that he thought he was dreaming.

Cold sweat broke out on his forehead.

Lying back on the bed and reflecting on the past days, Curtis let out a sigh. Every single day had been filled with anxiety, but thankfully, the tough times were finally over.

Margot quickly rinsed her mouth and wiped her lips, then ran out and climbed onto the bed, getting close to the man who still wanted to sleep.

"Did you sleep well last night? Do you want to sleep a bit more? I'll go downstairs and see if breakfast is ready and bring it up for you."

She got up and first checked on her child.

Seeing that the child was asleep next to the grandmother and hadn't woken up, she quietly left and went back to wash up.

It seemed like lately no one had been getting enough rest. Except for the nanny at home, the elders and Lena hadn't gotten up yet.
