Chapter Sixty-Seven
"I thought you were in danger!"
Shelly glared at her for the fifth time in less than five minutes today. She was pissed right now.
"Shelly talk to me, what are we gonna do?" Cindy cried in an alarming voice.
Shelly looked down on the body of Bianca sprawled on the ground looking lifeless and a panicking Cindy still holding the murder weapon looking like she didn't care she had killed someone.
Okay, maybe she was exaggerating. Bianca wasn't dead_yet but will be if they don't do something soon.
Cindy had come flying down the hills like a tasting tornado and had knocked her out with a really heavy stick and now she had an unconscious Bianca on the ground.
"I saw her from afar, I thought she was strangling you!" Cindy cried again.
Shelly fixed a piercing look at her. "I screamed bloody no!"
"I thought you were struggling!"
Shelly arched a brow at her. "Seriously?!"
"Don't blame
Chapter Sixty-Eight"Finally!"Shelly glared daggers at Cindy and took a big swing from the wine bottle she was holding."Shut up!"She saw a small smirk on Kiara's lips, "So you were drinking while driving?""The fuck I was!" Shelly snapped."Whoa, chill out," Kiara replied, raising her hands in mock surrender."Why are you drinking and why did you even drink while driving?" Cindy asked in an alarming voice.Shelly shrugged, "I believe that's my business."Kiara smirked, "How did you manage to get home without a ticket?"Shelly rolled her eyes. Her head was spinning from all these excessive WH-questions they were asking her. Like whose business was it anyway if she was drinking and driving or if she got a ticket?"I know you're talking about us in your mind," Kiara said in a chirpy voice.Shelly drowned her bottled, "Fuck you!"Cindy gasped at her, amazed, "How do you do it?"
Chapter Sixty-NineShelly was speechless! With her arms flailing widely and the clothes scattering all over the place she had expected to be on the ground but instead she was in someone's arms.Kol's arms. She stared deep into his dark eyes swirling with lots of emotions she couldn't make out what it was except the one that was clear__surprise.The romantic moment was just what she needed and yet it wasn't supposed to be like this. The way he held her in his arms, the way he was staring at her like his lifeline was in her eyes, the way his fingers were crawling up her skin__hold on, his fingers were holding her...so that means..."Aaah!" She shrieked again trying to beat up whatever it was that was disturbing her body but ended up pulling them both to the ground.Just then she saw a cockroach not far from where she fell skittering away from them. Kiara stomped on it immediately."Bloody burger!" She heard Kiara sn
Chapter Seventy"This is fantabulous!"Shelly giggled at her excited friends and joined in on the whooping cheers. The cause of their happiness was obvious. They were going to an island party organized in one of the lounges on the island."So if we didn't talk to those guys, they might have not invited us?" Cindy threw them a questioning look.Shelly shrugged, "I guess so but they won't have left us alone either."Kiara smiled, "I'm more interested in the fact that this is going to be a perfect rebound."Shelly giggled as she stood up from the chaise lounge. "I'm going to enjoy the water."She walked to the beach and stepped into the water. Its coldness was enough to make her feel cold inside. She kept walking until the water was halfway around her waist. She just loved the feeling of water especially being on the beach. It brought about a certain calmness to her troubling thoughts.Suddenly she felt a hand snake
Chapter Seventy-OneShelly stared at Cole with a watery smile. Why did he have to ask her this kind of question now? With everything going on she wasn't sure she had the answer to that question. Her belief in love was slowly crumbling and saying it out now will result in her friends getting worried about her and asking her what the problem was.So instead of replying, she settled for a drink because she knew she couldn't give a "yes" answer. She wasn't sure she believed in love and the "no" answer she couldn't conclude because maybe a certain someone might prove her wrong. She heard Cole's chuckle as he thought that she wanted to drink. No one knew exactly how she felt. It was still surprising that she had managed to stay this long with Kol in the same place and not run to him screaming why he had just left her.She knew this vacation was supposed to be a getaway from Kol and the rest and probably other male species. She still
Chapter Seventy-TwoShelly stepped out of the restroom feeling so tired. Her vision was hazy and her surroundings were spinning. She walked towards the lounge and bumped into..."Is that a unicorn?" She questioned with a giggle. There, standing in front of her was a regal white unicorn with sparkling white wings and horn. It looked so beautiful like something straight out of a fairytale. It looked just like in her dreams."Are you real?" She asked groggily patting the beautiful long mane of the unicorn."Very much real," she heard the soft voice of the unicorn."Oh gosh! You can talk!" She exclaimed with a giggle. She was having way much fun talking with this beautiful unicorn."Where did you come from?" She asked."From around," the unicorn replied."Wow!" She exclaimed with a fascinating look on her face. "You're beautiful!"She staggered quietly towards the other side of the wall. Wh
Chapter Seventy-ThreeShelly was struggling to get away from the clutches of the unicorn man. She could still see blurry shades of the unicorn and the face of Cole. Her head hurt badly and Cole was hurting her also. He was biting and sucking on her left nipple twisting it so hard that it hurt. Why did he have to be so wicked? She pushed feebly on his chest again but he wouldn't budge. He was consumed by the pleasure he was getting from hurting and violating her without her rights. She wanted to scream and yell at him to leave her alone but it didn't seem like he wanted to because he held onto her tightly. She had no strength whatsoever left in her body to scream at him.The walls and floor were still spinning trying to swallow her in. Her head was hurting and she was feeling very bad. She wanted nothing more than to go home and never look back. This vacation was turning into a nightmare with the things happening. Her head was t
Chapter Seventy-FourKol threw the jerk aside and rushed towards Shelly. He would have loved to beat the crap out of him but he couldn't bear the thought of being away from her for so long.He watched how the guy gathered his clothes and scrambled off screaming that he was sorry then he proceeded towards Shelly. She was lying stark naked on the bed shivering and she blushed when she saw him approaching. This was the first time he was seeing her naked and despite himself, he felt a growing bulge beneath him. He was disgusted with himself. How could he be thinking of her full breast that was rising and falling from her breathing and the way her nipples perked up probably from the cold, fear, or arousal? He couldn't be sure.Despite himself, his eyes trailed down to her body from her breast area down to her hips and her...No, he refused to allow himself to think of such things. What kind of a man would he be? The girl was almost
Chapter Seventy-FiveShelly could see that he was fighting with himself. It was obvious he didn't want to do it but his body was telling her otherwise. She stifled her giggles as she gently unzipped his trousers and pulled out the big boy that wanted to play.He was so much fun that its owner, she thought as she caressed the tip.The strangled moan that she heard from him was so soothing and pleasing to her ears. She saw him stare at her with wide eyes."What are you doing, Shelly?" He asked in a husky voice. She pouted and designed not to reply instead she settled for running her hands up and down his long length. He gave a choked moan, surprise still evident on his face."Shelly!"She loved the way her name sounded on his lips. She pouted her full lips and stared at him."Kol," batting her lashes, she smiled up at him, "just let me have my way already."He opened his mouth to object b

Chapter NinetyShelly chuckled as her mom stepped out of the dressing room."How do I look, Shelly?"Kiara sniggered and Cindy turned away while Shelly scratched her head awkwardly. It's been two weeks since the fiasco with her late uncle—God bless his soul as he rots in hell— her mom had recovered thankfully nothing happened to the baby and she had gotten better from the knife wound, Cara and her son had left the States to Paris.Christmas was tomorrow and it was also her parents' wedding so they were doing some last minute shopping and preparations that included dressing testing at the last minute for her mom had gotten so round and fat it was getting difficult to find the wedding dress that will be a good fit for her.So currently, her mom was standing and twirling around in front of a mirror as she admired herself in the half-cut white dress that protruded her stomach in a very visible way that made it seem like
Chapter Eighty-NineRoy Champman paced up and down in the police station waiting to make a statement and get a police officer to take back to his house so whoever it was that attacked his wife could be arrested. He couldn't help but be scared and think about what could have possibly happened to her. He was so scared he didn't notice the woman that walked in with a young boy till she tapped him softly on the shoulders."Roy Champman?"He heard the soft timid voice as he turned around and saw the face of a woman that was once beautiful except for the fact that her face had a large scar that ran from her right eye through her left cheek. She was almost blinded by the scar but somehow the scar hadn't affected her eyes. With her short black curls and brown eyes, she looked oddly familiar. But when his eyes landed on the little boy of not less than seven years she was holding his eyes widened in shock. The baby was a splitting image
Chapter Eighty-EightShelly crept towards the house and stepped onto the patio. She turned the doorknob as gently as she could but found out it was locked!Mom never locks the door, she thought quietly.Shelly peered into the glass double door where the balcony was, her mom was fond of relaxing there due to her painting but when she took a closer look she saw that the balcony was empty. On a closer look, she saw signs of struggle as the chair—recliner seat—which her mom sits on to relax what turned upside down. She saw a scrap of her mom's favorite gown on the ground—she had bought the dress for her—lying close to the front door, her heart skipped a beat as she realized that maybe there was a pervert in their house.Fear gripping her heart, she stepped out of the house and went outside to see if there was any weapon she could at least arm herself with. Her stupid phone beeped and she hurriedly muted it before r
Chapter Eighty-SevenLucinda stepped into the sitting room. She wondered when Shelly would get back from her friend's place. She grabbed her phone and dialed Shelly number then when she didn't pick up, she dialed her husband's number. He picked on the second ring."Hello, beautiful," her husband's voice sounded in her ears. She smiled so happily."Hey, honey. What's the reason for your happy voice?""The fact that you called me," he replied. She could hear the grin from his voice."Awww, you're so sweet. I miss you, come back soon okay." He promised he would be back soon and she hanged up.She massaged her temples feeling a slight headache, she dialed the staff number but remembered they were asked to go on a vacation.Sighing softly, she stood up to get the pills her doctor recommended for her from her room."Oh, look who's heavy again!"A startled scream left her mouth when she whirled around and s
Chapter Eighty-SixWhat comes to your mind when you are being taken to go see your in-laws? Bonding?Well, turns out Kiara's in-laws aren't so big on bonding together with their daughter-in-law specifically Kiara."Why do you think you are the perfect woman for my son?"The sharp voice of Ed pulled Shelly from her thoughts. He was staring intently at Kiara and just as her friend opened her mouth to respond a gruff voice cut them off."I believe that question should be directed to your son!"Shelly and the others whirled around towards the direction of the voice and saw a maid scurrying away quickly while two people stepped into the sitting room. One aura was as dominating and intimidating as the other that is Kiara's father—she knew that by the smirk and smile on her face—and Adam's father had the same aura and personality, while Kiara's mom and Adam's mom were Adam's mom had a cold exterior, Kiara's mom had
Chapter Eighty-FiveOkay, Shelly was intimidated right now.If she thought Linda was scary well here comes the creator of scariness. Shelly stared at the 6ft5 man in his early fifties as he strode down the stairs, an aura of confidence and arrogance radiating off him.Oh, Kiara, let's run away already, Shelly pleaded in her inner mind."Why are you being rude to our guest, Selina?" His hard voice was heard again as he stood in front of them.Or maybe he's not that bad, Shelly thought."I..."He raised a palm in the air cutting off whatever his wife was about to say. Shelly was impressed by this."Come in, let's all have lunch together." He waved them over to the dining area while walking ahead of them.Shelly walked towards the dining admiring the beautiful gold dining seats and tables that were arranged neatly. The arrangements were very good although the dining seating arrangement looked like it wa
Chapter Eighty-FourShelly stared at Kiara, an amusing smile on her face."Why would you be scared of going to see your in-laws?"Kiara glared at her, "Don't even try and tease me right now I'm not in that mood."Shelly groaned, "Why do I have to be the one to come with you I'm tired of meeting parents!"Kiara smirked, "Oh no that's not good! My parents are on the way so you will also meet them.""Mommy, isn't that bullying?"The tiny voice of Cassie at the doorway snapped Kiara out of her maniacally laughter."Bullying? Why would you say that?" She asked her daughter with a small smile trying to look innocent."Well, you told me that forcing someone to do something they don't want to do is bullying," she replied with a frown."Oh, but I'm not forcing your aunty to do anything," Kiara insisted.Cassie shook her head, "Nope, ask aunty Shelly nicely I'm sure she would go with you."Kiara
Chapter Eighty-ThreeAdam beamed happily as he stood on Kiara's porch. He rang the doorbell once waiting excitedly and nervous. He counted to ten but still, there was no response. Then as he was about to ring the doorbell again, the door swung open with full force and he saw Shelly glaring at him."Shelly?" He called not bothering to hide the surprise evident in his voice."You!" She jabbed a finger on his chest."Ow!" He winced slightly, "What have I done?"She narrowed her eyes to slits as she continued glaring at him, "If you hurt Kiara you won't leave this place alive!"Wait, what?!"Thank you for the warm welcome, may I come in now?" His voice was dripping with sarcasm as he flashed her a wide smile. She rolled her eyes then made a "hmmph" sound before opening the door wider for him to come in."Kiara, Adam is here!" She hollered before sitting down on the sofa her eyes still on him.He t
