I cut the link and make my way down to the floor below. I send out my senses, find what room they are in and walk up to the door. As I knock and wait Victoria tugs our link, and I open the connection.

“Is there a problem, Vic?”

“No, Nat. I just wanted to know, what you wanted me to do. Your mate noticed the differences in your eyes and asked about them. Did you want me to explain about you to her or did you want to do that yourself?”

I think on this a moment and believe that it would probably be better coming from me, I answer her,

“No, that’s fine, I will tell her.”  

Just as I cut the link with Victoria the young female from the day before opens the door, the giggle seems to die in her throat and her smile slips from her face as she sees me, bows her head and whispers,

“Your Highness…”

I smile as I ask, “Are you feeling better?”

“Yes, much better, thank you. Please come in.”
