As I smell my mate, I got confused as to why she did not smell like a wolf. That is when it hit me that my mate was not a wolf. My wolf and I did not care as long as she was in our arms. I quickly start sprinting towards where the smell was coming from. I can sense that the smell was starting to get distanced as if she was running away from me. It made a growl erupt from my chest. The smell was getting deeper into the forest hence I start to sprint faster. The smell was near and I came to realise she had stopped. As the smell hit hard and realised she was very near. Soon my paws stopped. In front of me was a strawberry blonde girl who was about 5.2 feet. Her wavy hair came down to below her waist. I can see that she felt my presence yet stayed rooted to the ground. Mine. I thought to myself.

In order to make her face me low growl. She tensed yet did not turn around. I really wanted to see my mate's face hence I let another low growl. I sa
