CARL.

I was in the front, she was in the back, I wouldn't her let go.

Her hand was glued to mine and she was sweating, maybe it even hurt, I didn't give a damn.

I pushed my way through the hustle and bustle and dragged her over the sidewalk without even noticing her shoes. I trotted with her to my car and with a single touch of a button, I opened her door...

"Wait."

I looked at her with wide eyes.

"What's up?!"

She raised her eyebrows at my shout, let go of my grip and after a few seconds of looking at us, she hid a smile.

Olivia stared at the floor. I followed her gaze, but I didn't understand anything. The woman didn't say anything and I almost died.

"What happened?"

Oh, shit.

I let out all my breath. I dropped my shoulders and changed my expression. I was going overboard with my desperation.

"Okay." I approached and spoke to her again, "I'm sorry. What happened?"
