What the hell? There's no way I could be pregnant. I sped to the store flying through several stop signs without hesitation. My nerves are working on overdrive. The panic I can feel rising with each passing second made everything worse. I gripped my steering wheel tighter while trying to take even steady breaths. I don't know anything for certain yet. Now I'm almost home and we can figure out this ridiculous accusation Dimitri made. It's possible he's upset and took out his frustration on me with a lie. He doesn't seem like the type to lie though. Why was everything becoming so fucked up!

"Stupid bitch!" I slapped the steering wheel angrily.

I ran up the stairs as fast as my legs would take me, desperate to pee on this stick. I never thought I'd think that. Waiting is the worst of it all. I fumbled my keys and dropped them repeatedly attempting to unlock my front door.
