When I left the infirmary, I didn't see any vision of André on the fourth floor. I rubbed my chin gently and thought hard. Could he have left sooner?

Could André have caught one, am I rushing here just to catch a glimpse of Karen?

When I went down the stairs to leave, I saw that a man was standing at the entrance and I immediately understood that he was waiting for me there.

By this time, the rain had become considerably lighter and there was just a drizzling snow outside.

André was wearing a thin outer coat over a white shirt. Cream? On his wrist, he wore a Rolex watch.

He was especially tall and his bangs had been neatly styled to reveal a smooth, acne-free forehead. At that point, he was holding onto a huge black umbrella and his eyes were shining as brightly as a thousand stars.

His eyes sparkled purely. They were exactly the same pair of pure eyes that I used to look at. Of course, the owner of these eyes hasn't belonged to me for some time now. I had fallen in love with another
