Arthur's POV

I drove off to the penthouse, as Kelvin had chosen to stay back and wrap things up before coming there.

All through the ride I couldn't help but worry about Iris, though the boss never called urgently without a valid reason, I had no cause for alarm. I swerved into the parking lot of the penthouse and ensured no one had followed me. I switched off the car engine, alighted from the car and walked into the penthouse.

It was in such a place that no one would notice and if anyone noticed it, there was nothing they could do to it since it was a private property.

It belonged to try boss and no one in the entire city dared go against him or even the neighboring cities. I sighed as I entered the penthouse, it felt good to be back there, as it had been quite sometime that I had stepped in there last.

The boss only called to meet there whenever there was some important business or issue to resolve, it was one of our hideouts and one of the few places we did our businesses openly. I
