He turned on and stood there silently watching her. Tanisi looked extremely perturbed. She slowly steeled herself and said, "Your highness, I have taken back my words. Please let me go."
She didn't look at him while saying this. Samudra slowly walked to her. She became finicky. She wasn't sure of what the emperor was going to do next.
Samudra stood close to her. Very close. She could feel his breath on her even with her head lowered. She wanted this to end. She was uncomfortable with the liberties he was taking with her.
