"Princess , would you like something to eat?" Jane , a maid of hers says with a soft smile. Lia was on her bed with a smile on her face as she did her homework.

"Yes thank you! Can I have pancakes please?" She asked nicely . Jane only smiled as she nodded her head.

Jane has always been her maid ever since she was five. Too her Jane was like her second mother she could depend on. Her phone buzzed and she looked at it confusingly. Hey . Can I come over ? She totally forgot she gave her number to Ace yesterday.

Lia felt her heartbeat rise and she grabbed her phone , almost falling off the bed at that . Yes ! Let's have a sleepover ! She texted back with a couple of emojis.

It's a school night . You need your sleep silly . Text me your address. He replied back making Lia saddened but she understood. She gave him her address and got up from her bed waltzing over to her closet. She pulled out a yellow summer dress and she let her hair fall low.

After changing , the door opened and Jane walked in with her favorite blueberry pancakes. "Yay!" She cheers as she sits in her seat and devours the pancakes. Jane giggles at the girl.

"Slow down dear." She scolds as she gave Lia a look. Lia nodded her head and said a low "yes ma'am"

Minutes later the door bell ranged and Lia has completely finished with her pancakes. She skipped down the stairs and to the door but someone stopped her. "Lia what did I say before? Don't open the door without one of us." James her butler scolds .

Lia blushed from embarrassment but nodded her head. "Sorry." James ruffles her hair and gave her a short smile before opening the door.

"Yes?" James asks as he looks at Ace suspiciously. Ace did the same and then saw a Lia below James knees.

Ace smiled at her and Lia smiled as well. "I'm here for her." James furrowed his brows before looking down at Lia.

"You made a friend and didn't tell me?" James says with a frown and Lia giggles as she let's Ace in fully .

"I'm sorry ! We'll chat later . We're going to my roo-

"Not happening." Her mothers voice speaks up as she looks at them.  She crossed her arms over her chest and looked at Ace suspiciously once again. "You again? What is this?"

Ace cleared his throat as he smiles at Gina. "I'm just hanging with her , there's nothing to worry about."

Gina was about to say something but Lia groaned. "Mama... please . He's my first friend l-let us hang please?" She whimpers as she feels the tears coming to her eyes. She held on Ace's arm as she looks at her more with pleading eyes. This tactic usually worked on her mother.

Ace winced as he wiped away her tears. "Don't cry ? We can hang another time beautiful." He smiles as he kisses her cheek. Though he didn't want to leave but he knew it would take time for there relationship to grow. That is , with him and Gina.

Gina looked at her crying daughter before she sighed. "Fine Fine! But I want the door opened." She gives in as she hugs her daughter. "Don't cry anymore hunny okay?"

Lia sniffed as she nodded her head and gave her mother a hug. "Promise! Okay let's go to my room Ace!" She pulls away from her mother and holds Ace's hands . She dragged him to his room and kept the door opened as her mother instructed.

Ace looks around the girls room and smiled. She had stuffed animals almost everywhere and her bed was pink . "So why'd you want to come over ?"

In reality, Ace just wanted to see her. He said some difficult business at the gang. He had to kill one of his trusted gang member. His name was Joey. But he was a lier and a thief. "I just wanted to see you."

Lia blushes as she jumps on her bed. Ace watched her as she licked her lips and nodded her head. To him she looked gorgeous. But that was nothing knew because he found her gorgeous the moment he saw her in the hallway.

"Oh okay!" She giggles as she pulls her phone out. She starts to scroll on her phone hoping to find a game she liked . She felt his gaze on her and she noticed that he was now sitting on the bed with her.

He didn't say anything to her only stared at her. For once he couldn't stop staring at her. His heart actually raised. It was all so scary to him. "Oh my gosh you're bleeding !" She hisses as she looks at his cheek.

Ace's eyes widened and he looks away. "It's nothing . Don't worry about it beautiful." He tried to cover it up but Lia was not buying it. She shook her head and held his arm , leading him to her bathroom.

"Sit." She demands with her best scary face. Ace only smiled at her and sat on the toilet . Lia got a cloth and put water on it. She cleared the blood fully and she looked at Ace. He was already staring at her. "W-What?" She blushes as she gets a bandage from her cabinet.

Ace laughed deeply as she came back and ripped the bandage open. She tripped over his foot slightly but Ace caught her. He held her firm and Lia blushed from embarrassment. "Clumsy." Ace whistles making Lia huff and she securely placed the bandage on .

"Does it hurt?" She whispers as she still looks at the mark. Ace shook his head and Lia sighed. "Good  , what happened ?" She asks as she backs away. Ace gets back up and walks to her room.

"I don't know ." He says . He didn't like to lie to her but he couldn't ever tell her who he was. "How about we watch a movie ?" Lia looked at him and sighed as she felt like he didn't trust her.

"Okay." She whispers as she starts scrolling through Netflix and picks her favorite movie , Turbo on. She sat down on the edge of her fluffy bed. Ace noticed she was sad and he sat next to her pulling her into his lap. "Uhh.."

"Just watch the movie and don't be sad. It pains me when you're sad." He whispers, wrapping a arm on her small waist. Lia only nodded her head slowly and got comfortable in his lap and watched the movie.

When it was the next day , Lia wore simple pants and a shirt. She was so happy. She made a friend and her mother gave her snacks to school.

When she saw Ace , she smiled . But it looked like he was talking to someone so she wanted to surprise him . She tipped toed to him and shook him. "Boo!"  She yells as she giggles .

He flinched but turned back around with a eyebrow raised. Her eyes widened when she saw his lip busted. Her eyes wield up as she watched his lips.

"What happened?"
