PREGNANT

I was stunned by her words, "a wild night with an old man?" I repeated her words, unable to understand what she meant by, she just shrugged casually, "Come on, Bella, I thought you were smart since you excel in everything, but you're a real fool to be frank, you're an emotional fool."

My silence seemed to make her happy, "just one message from him and you rushed to the hotel without thinking about anything? Is there any fool like you?" She taunted at my helpless situation, I snapped back, "Whether you believe it or not, I got a message from him."

"Oh, I know you did," she smirked with a proud smile, "Bella, meet me at the Blue Royal Hotel at 7 PM, let's celebrate my appointment as CEO, isn’t that what you got?"

My eyes widened in shock, how did she know the exact message I got from my husband? She tapped her fingers in front of my face bringing me out of my thoughts, "you must be wondering how I got to know the message, it's because I sent it to you."

I was speechless as she continued, while blushing, "I sent that message while I was in his lap, so busy with kissing him passionately."

"How could you do this?" I demanded at her audacity to speak about having an affair with my husband right in front of me, "You never wanted him, so why now? Why do you always want everything I won? Why did you steal my husband?" 

She sighed in frustration, "shut up, he is not your husband, just an ex-husband, moreover it’s your fault, he’s just a bastard child born out of wedlock. How could I, the one and only heiress of the Bellchester family, marry someone like that? But then you came along and helped him become CEO with your brilliance, now that he has power I dreamt for, so I want him."

I clenched my fists being extremely furious at her, "you never wanted him, you just want the heir to the Morgan family."

"So what? I get what I want, I didn't want him then, so I tossed him aside, now I do, and I got him" she rolled her eyes spinning her mobile in the hand, "He has always been interested in me, not you, so stop acting as if I ruined your relationship which never even existed, you've to be thankful to me, since you finally lost your virginity last night all because of my efforts."

"Why do I have to suffer? I never asked you to give him to me!" I shouted demanding an answer, "Why did you ruin my life by sending me to a pervert's room? Why did you ruin everything?"

She laughed in my face, like a madwoman without an ounce of guilt for what I've gone through because of her selfishness, "Oh, poor Bella, it’s not me who ruined you, it’s your dearest husband, Joseph."

"What?" I was in total shock being in disbelief, "I don’t believe you, Joseph would never do that, he might've cheated on me since he loved you always, but there's no way he would ruin the life of others like you."

Rolling her eyes, she pulled out her phone and showed me a video of her and Joseph being intimate, he was talking about using me to get ahead, "If I can sell Bella’s innocence to that old pervert who is interested in pure and naive girls, he’ll give me a huge project, and I'll be CEO soon."

"Do you think she’ll agree?" Natalie asked him in the video, "No matter how much she loves you, I don’t think she’ll agree to something like this."

He smirked while kissing her passionately, "of course she'll resist, but I've got a plan for that, I just need to push her into his arms even if it is by using a drug, once that's done, we can frame her for an affair and get rid of her, making the way for us to marry without any objections" Natalie laughed being extremely happy, and I stood there, stunned and exhausted by their betrayal.

My heart sank as I realized I was ensnared in their web of lies, their selfishness had made me the scapegoat, and there was nothing I could do about it, still I payed for their actions.

"That man must have treated you well last night, want to share the details of spending a night with an old pervert?" Natalie teased, igniting my anger and I slapped her hard which she deserves, "You're not even human, you're just a monster."

Joseph pushed me away, "How dare you touch my woman?" I looked at him with pure disgust, questioning myself how I even love someone like him.

He turned to Natalie with concern, checking her again and again, "Are you okay? Why did you come here to deal with this crazy bitch? You know you're not in good condition."

"Come on, I'm just pregnant, nothing more, when my grandmother arrives, we'll tell her this news, she'll be thrilled to hear about her great grandchild and will bless us," Natalie said loudly, mocking me with the news that she was carrying Joseph's child. 

He glared at me, yelling at the security, "Get this crazy woman out of here."

"This isn't over yet, you both will suffer more than you can imagine, you'll rot in hell for ruining my life," I screamed in anger, I don't care whether it's god or a devil, as long as one can pass my curse to these monsters.

As ordered, the security guards dragged me out of the mansion, Natalie clung to Josephine's arms, enjoying my humiliation, I was tossed out of the gates mercilessly, and I laughed bitterly at my shattered fate, for five years of my married life, I strived for his future helping him being in darkness, but in return all I recieved was a cold betrayal than a warm embrace.

The heavy rain poured down, laughing at  my misery, drenched and aimless, I wandered the streets with no destination, no hope, and no one to turn to, this loneliness was all I got as a gift.

With my faith in life lost and no place to go, I stumbled along the wide road until a car sped toward me, I didn't move maybe it's because I no longer have the desire to live, as I hit the ground, I felt someone holding me, semi-conscious, I managed to whisper, "I wa...want rev...revenge."

Before blacking out, all I heard was a man's concerned voice, "Hey, are you okay?"
