CHAPTER 39

OWEN'S POV

The sun rays peeked through the curtain and fell directly on my face. I opened my eyes slightly and quickly shut it back, my head pounding slightly for no reason.

I tried to stretch but found out that I couldn't move my right arm. Confused, I looked down at it and my eyes widened at the sight of Charlotte laying beside me, her head well tucked in on my right arm.

Suddenly, the memories of the pleasurable long night we shared came rushing to my head and I found my grinning hard as I tried not to make any noise. She's finally mine. All mine.

I gently moved her hair from her face and tucked it behind her ear as I smiled, my heart swelling with love for her. She suddenly moved as she snuggled into me more, wrapping her arms around me and mumbling incoherent words.

She's so adorable. I booped her nose as I watched her sleep. I took a look at the clock, it read five minutes past 8. She should rest a bit more, it was a longgggg night.
