News spread like wildfire upon the sheriff's disappearance neither did another brutal murder stop from happening. The Town of Covington had soon descended to a temporary lockdown with curfew imposed on it's citizens. Fear and uncertainties had started to seep into hearts of the Innocents; for the nights brought deaths and terror. The joy and liveliness that once breathed in this small town now brewed into tension and quietness.
Arthur heaved an heavy sigh thinking about the recent changes. To a human, the lockdown was simply imposed to curb deaths and find Sheriff Cosgrove. But to the Supernatural world, this was clearly a declaration of war. A war between the prestigious Hunter Families of Covington and Supernatural creatures. Precisely the Werewolves and Vampires. Most times Witches were spared but the same fate can't be said for the rest.
There existed a time, when the Supernatural creatures were in unison with humans of Covington. A past where they all lived in harmony until Nicodemus. The greatest nightmare, tore the peace apart.
Arthur swallowed his saliva down his throat reminiscing on that unfortunate day. Perhaps Vincent was right, they needed to leave before the situation explodes beyond control. At the same time, his mind toured towards Bella. As much as he loathed the hidden fact, something about her picked his interest. He wondered how she must be faring amidst all these.
"Will you stop being moody!" Alisha muttered, her words jolting him from his burdening thoughts. There she was, flaunting her spotless skin in his large pool. His eyes nakedly toured her red bikini, mentally undressing her.
"Won't you join me?" She eyed him seductively.
Arthur immediately chose to stare in his sunglasses at the sun. "I'm not in the mood, love." He voiced, relaxing his body wholly on his seat inches away from the pool.
"What's wrong?" She swarm towards him. Her wet fingers tracing the outline of his leg.
"Everything. Covington's persistent murders, the Sheriff's disappearance, shutting down Belgrave temporarily. How can I be happy?" He gazed at her pretty face glowing under the sun.
"Like I care!" She hissed. "You should be happy
No more history write up, burdening assignments, school stress, and besides, we've not been spending time with each other lately."
Arthur wriggled his head slowly in disappointment; it wasn't her fault to be honest. After all, he had chosen to be the boyfriend of a dumb, popular wannabe cheerleader. How could he expect her to understand?; this deaths were Supernatural. Something beyond her comprehension.
"Arthur?" Her words tousled his thoughts yet again.
"Your silence is beginning to annoy me!"
He gave a skeptical look.
"You should be worried. At least if not for anything but that Cosgrove girl."
"Seriously?" She arched an eyebrow. "Bella isn't my friend so why should I be worried about her? She's just a loner who loves books and her useless best friend." Alisha paused her lips. "Speaking of which, I hear her best friend is even missing too. Poor girl." She sighed but Arthur could tell her sympathies were merely shallow.
Her best friend was missing thanks to him and her mother suddenly abducted anonymously. Depression was an understatement to what she's would be going through.
"Why the sudden mention of her?. Don't tell me you're falling for her already." Alisha chirped with a frown popping on her face. Arthur grinned, bending his back to reach for her face.
"Why would I fall for a nerd?" He mentioned while his fingers caressed her cheek. "Just caring for my fellow mate that's all. You're the only one I love." She stepped gingerly out of the pool, relaxing on his thighs and her wet hair drooling chill water over his bare chest.
"You're cold." she commented while her fingers danced on his abs.
"Yeah.... And you're hot." Arthur winked. She looked up at him, pressing his lip with her index finger.
"Do you know my family is having their annual party tonight," she whispered, her eyes scaling his body like a seductress.
"A party?" Arthur shot a skeptical look. She rolled her eyes.
"Yeah," she rolled her eyes yet again. "It's a Lockwood tradition. A party meant for the rich and affluents of Covington. The likes of The Geraldtons, Cosgrove and few others."
His head rang bells neither could he hide his surprise that Alisha is a daughter of a prestigious Hunter family?, How he hadn't known sooner sent shock ripples across his spine.
"You're a member of the Lockwood family?" He stated surprisingly as he held her gaze.
"Yeah.....I'm a Lockwood. How come you didn't know?" She toured her fingers down his chest.
A Lockwood?. Arthur's mind danced in confusion, the Lockwood's are cursed people with Werewolf blood in their veins. His mind travelled to the 1800s. Where The Lockwood like every other Werewolf would have their first transformation when they turned 18. Until a member, Maxwell Lockwood, ran violent, using his powers for evil. Killing Witches of different covens sporadically, even becoming a thing of fear to Vampires. A curse was placed on his generation, that they shall only transform into their Wolves when they've taken a life. Eversince, the Lockwood's are known to the Supernatural world as the dormant Werewolves and a prodigy as Werewolves hunters.
With certainty, he knew Alisha was no Werewolf. Noting how naive and oblivious she was. Including the aura that reeked off her.
His bright countenance once again resigned into a burdensome one. Thinking about the bigger troubles he had put himself in. Knowing her Father for who he his, there was bound to be disagreements. On the other hand, he considered this as the only chance of meeting old friends.
"A party huh? Oh well, there's no harm in visiting I guess." He let his left hand comb her hair trying to shove all his worries.
"Trust me, it will be fun!" She blushed. Arthur grinned nervously at her before his eyes ranged to the pool. There was going to be no fun tonight. That, he knew.

Dressed in a V-Neck slit long Red gown, Alisha blushed walking alongside Arthur amidst the guests in the ballroom. He specifically chose this backless dress and neither did he look bad in his tux. In fact, one could barely resist him!.
With extra effort on his Gelled hair and his ever enticing red lips plus his grey eyes performing it's duty charms, ladies thirsted for him.
The Orchestra changed their play, resigning to play the 90s;one of Arthur's favourite which he had grown nostalgic of.
"Can I have this dance, milady?" He asked. They'd stopped at the center of the ballroom when he asked. Her cheeks turned pink at his request, adoring his lovable grey eyes and his gentleman tone.
She collected his hand while he grabbed her waist gently pulling her close to him. She couldn't stare at him while their body swayed in rhythm; because she would blush uncontrollably. So she rather chose to bask in his cologne.
He also heard her heart's continuous skipping.
"Am I that handsome that your heart races and your cheek refusing to shed it's pinkness." He whispered by her ear.
Tingles flowed from her ear down to her spine. Another blush forming across her face. The way he touched her, talked, danced made her head dazzle with excitement helplessly.
"Arthur......" She whispered softly.
He chuckled gently. "You look ravishing." He whispered again, about to press on with his complementary remarks when his eyes fell on Mr. Lockwood. Their eyes locked and the man's eyes bore furious holes.
"You'll have to excuse me. I need to use the restroom." He caressed Alisha's cheeks softly before walking off towards Lockwood.
"Arthur Middleton," Mr. Lockwood derogatorily voiced without hiding the heavy dose of discontent painted on his face. "I should have known sooner. That these misfortunes befalling my beloved town is your doing."
Arthur smiled.
"After old friends meet, this is what you welcome me with?"
Mr. Lockwood's grip tightened on his glass of Champagne.
"You're no longer welcomed here and you know it!" He declared with gritted teeth. "Now where have you kept Sheriff Cosgrove and what in devil's sake are you doing with my daughter? Have you been feeding off her too?!"
Arthur smirked, enjoying the wrinkled face of a furious old man.
"First of, I don't know nothing about Sheriff Cosgrove's disappearance. Secondly, I haven't bitten your daughter," he paused. "Well, except for the occasional sex and damn!..."
"Just shut it!" Mr. Lockwood ferociously said. "I don't want to see you ever lurking around my daughter again!. Now get out before I do things the harsh way."
Arthur was about to respond until his attention diverted to Bella. At the corner of the ballroom with a glass of champagne fixated between her fingers. His smile turned into a frown wondering why she was here. Lockwood's threat didn't matter to him anymore, his only focus was on the Red haired.
He walked briskly adjusting his tux before reaching for her. He yanked her by the arm. Jetting into a room, locking it behind his back before staring at her. His eyes admiring her evening dress secretly.

Before Bella had arrived at the Lockwood's annual party or even dared to handle a glass of champagne, she sank in the depths of sadness and anger. Her mother was missing and so is her best friend thanks to one man. Arthur Middleton. She had severally thought of the possibility that they both might be dead considering Arthur's dangerous nature. And if it were true, ending her life would be the next option to resort to.
That was all raided her mind until she received The Lockwood's special invitation.
"You look like a bunny searching for easter eggs." He scorned after touring his eyes down her body. He lied, she knew. There was no way he didn't secretly admire her long flair purple gown, V-Neck and armless. Thanks to her neighbor who adorned her face with makeup. Which perfectly hid the sorrows that had made her face tiredly.
"You know I was finally able to get some little peace until your ugly irritating face showed up!" She remarked without any iota of fear. He smirked and it hurt her. She wanted him to feel pain. The same pain he had brought into her life.
"You asked me to stay away from you and I did. But what did you do? You abducted my mother and goodness knows what evil you've done to her. I hate you!" She pitched, tears lingering in her eyes as she inched closer to him. She felt like punching his steely chest but that would only get her wrist injured.
"I didn't take your mother, dummy." He referenced casually.
She frowned, "you didn't? I can recall you clearly stating my actions would cause deaths. So you decided to kill my mother!"
He huffed, "I wouldn't dare to kill your mother, Cosgrove."
"So what did you do to her? Where is she?! Why am I even here?!" She yelled, grabbing his suit jacket while warm tears tricked down her face. He pulled her tough grip off his jacket and let his cold breaths swarm around her cheeks.
"I am just as lost as you are. I don't know who did it but I'm hoping to find the bastard." He muttered in the calmest tone she had ever heard him say to her. But she wriggled her head in denial.
"I know you did it." She spat out as she strolled away from him.
"Now why would I do such?" He pinched the area between his eyebrow.
"Because that's who you are." She paused her lips when he frowned. "A monster who derives joy torturing the helpless." He sauntered towards her with a face that defined evident pain. This was the first, she saw him react this way.
Then came a scream that pierced through the air and even halted the music. They both jetted out of the room till they arrived the Ballroom. Already filled with several people echoing indiscrete words as they froze in their stance.
It was a woman squeaking in tears.
"O-outside!" Her hand poised at the door while she stuttered
Bella's eyes twitched! And so did Arthur's. They both gazed confusingly at the woman before rushing outside as well as the others.
She gasped from horrific awe as her eyes witnessed several bodies splattered in their blood pool.
Her eyes fell on Arthur who was equally shocked.
"Whoever did this, definitely took your mother." He muttered in a lowly tone that told how disturbed he was. "And something tells me, this is only the beginning."
And so, the Lockwood's annual party came to an abrupt terrific end. One could start with the police circling about the bloody scenery or the blaring tone and lights of several ambulance vehicles. Perhaps one could start with the bodies itself. Some had their hearts ripped out of their chest, others had obvious bite marks across their necks. But the main worries were the identities of these people killed. Dan and his clique alongside security guards. Bella would have assumed Arthur did the killings but he was with her during the ugly incident. And for the first time, she chose to believe his words. Whoever was doing this meant more harm than Arthur. "Bella Cosgrove." A tall heavily built man uttered beside her. His appearance formal and in harmony with his dark clothing. It wasn't far-fetched this man was a bodyguard. "Mr. Lockwood requests of your presence. Please follow me."She nodded and was about to depart from the ugly scenery until Arthur held her abruptly. Grinning sinister
The chirping of birds and the heating sensation of sun rays gradually stole Jeremy from his long sleep. He couldn't tell how long he'd passed out nor if he were still held by chains. Suspending him midair and giving him the most gruesome pain he's ever experienced. His eyes awoke lazily and his stomach grumbled. Complaining about the long starvation. His lips were dry and his skin pale from long exposure to air and beatings. Realization dawned on him as he enjoyed the comfort of the small rickety bed. He was in a room designed like an hut and made out of oak wood. The silky brown blanket shielded him from his toe and up to his hips. Leaving his chest bare. How he had gotten here remained a mystery he didn't want to solve. All he thirsted for is to enjoy this comfort while he could. "You're finally awake." Said the stranger who emerged into the hut. His appearance elderly like one in his mid sixties. He had a grin that expressed how grateful he was, his pure Hazel iris glimmering in
Bella raced breathlessly across a street of Covington. She screamed but to no avail. The night was dark and unusually silent. Her trotting steps weren't the only one heard in the serene night, there were others too. A monster chasing after her vehemently. Threatening growls from unprecedented angles and a blooming fog that encircled the entirety of the street. She couldn't phantom where to escape, all she kept on doing was running. On impulse. Her strengths gradually faded and her quickened steps relatively reduced. From a fierce runner to a staggering lady about to collapse from breath loss. The growl sounded closer with every second that came by neither did the fog disappear. She knew death was looming around the corner but her legs were failing her. Unable to demonstrate her willpower. With every forced step she picked, dizziness dawned and her breathlessness increased the burning pain in her chest. "Help!" She screamed in an extremely stressed tone. Except her voice only protruded
1891 - North West VirginiaIn the ball room of the Denver's there dwells every elite, the hunters, Vampires, Werewolves, Witches, dancing in harmony, appreciating their peaceful co-existence."Your elegance defines true beauty." Arthur muttered, proudly dressed in his dazzling black suit. Dancing to the sweet tunes that filled the air with the love of his life, Princess Elizabeth Denver. One of their hands glued together while his other rested on her waist and she on his chest. She found herself lost in his grey eyes with his smile that made her cheeks constantly pink."Is this how your charms work for other girls?" She chuckled lightly."Perhaps." He shrugged. "But I choose you. The lady who didn't ask for my love but captured it."They both continued to share their endless gaze"I love you Elizabeth Denver, you know." She heard him say boldly."I love you too, Arthur Middleton." She bit her lower lip with an happy smile complementing her face.Arthur's right hand gently toured down h
Bella's Chestnut coloured eyes faintly opened to a bedroom donned in White. Beautified by the sun rays piercing through the large windows at her left. Her eyes flowed to the white bed sheet and blanket. Although the medium sized bed was comfortable, it wasn't soothing enough to ease the faint pain blooming across several parts of her body. She wondered if she were in Heaven considering the pure whiteness of the room and every furniture. The last she remembered was returning home from the Public Library and being chased by a Blue Haired lady. Gasping for air and flaunting for help until Arthur saved the day. "What were your thinking?" Bella almost screeched from the tone that pierced through the chill air. Her eyes widened and relatively lessened when she saw Arthur positioned by the door side. She immediately began to wonder where she was. If this was his house or somewhere else."You almost died last night!." Growled Arthur. Whose voice contained both anger and worry. She watched uni
As Jeremy walked in sack clothing bare footed on the leafy ground. Bound in chains and accompanied by three Werewolves. Two men roughly in grasp of both arms while the last led the way. The forest grounds were shielded in dry leaves with tall trees. Where birds chirped happily. His Werewolf hearing picked little conversation of fellow members of the Pack. Their houses were faraway scattered abroad this forestlands yet they felt so close to him. While he travelled lazily and hopelessly on this soothing path that led to the unknown, all he could think of was his Family. His parents enlightenment on his true nature and of course his younger siblings. Relations he immediately felt a pull to protect. It finally dawned on him his parents never wished to dump him but neither had they any choice. Their Pack as well as others had been threatened with great war by Rogues. A war the Pack was bound to loose. Hence, they had to let go for him to live and one day find his Pack which he's done. Exc
"How about we go for a walk?" Bella glanced curiously at Vincent as those words toured out his mouth. Her body stiffened and her mind grew weary of his courteous smile. She found it bizarre that Arthur, someone so jerky and monstrous has a friend. Regardless, she wasn't ready to trust Vincent's smile either. He could be a monster in disguise after all."Let me guess, you're a Vampire too." She voiced in an uninviting tone."By Hell's grace." Vincent chirped, his smile deepening. She squinted her eyes for a brief moment. Thinking about his handsomeness and his endearing behavior."I understand you've gone through a lot in the hands of Arthur so it's fine if you don't trust me." His soothing voice sounded, jerking her from her thoughts."I don't even know who to trust anymore but fresh air away from Arthur would do." She responded with a sigh. She looked upstairs where Arthur had shut himself in. Wondering what devilish thoughts he was entertaining in his head."Shall we?" Vincent pitc
"Wolves are a much more lenient creature than us. I admire their bond they have for their own kind, they regard themselves as a Family. They fight together, rejoice together, even share their own sorrows unlike Vampires....." Bella wouldn't lie she was amused by the ecstasy Vincent derived from talking about these things to her. It was like he found someone who had same love for history. They had spent the whole day visiting public libraries and gardens talking about several history tales ranging from the rise and fall of empires in the 18th century before they bounced back to the Supernatural. "We don't live as a Pack, nor a family. There's only one bond that makes us in common.... Our love for blood." She observed how his eyes were lost in the cold night. "Although as time passes, we're learning to live in harmony.""Why do you sound like a Vampire life is lonely?" She chuckled to lighten his mood.Vincent laughed for a brief moment before turning serious. "A Vampire life is not lon

Everyone that breathed there watched in horror and surprise as great Arthur brought down at least fifty of Nicodemus army whilst Vincent had already sustained an injury; a Werewolf bite which weakened but he still managed to put up a fight. The remaining that left rushed up to Arthur, all of them putting their weights on him to place a bite on his skin. But Arthur roared louder than ever with renewed strength. He threw them away with his hands before running to them tearing them into pieces, ripping their hearts out, he grabbed a Werewolf that launched at him and ferociously bit him by the neck till the man moved no more. Arthur dropped the lifeless body gazing at the injured men whose eyes were lit in fear of the monster in him.Vincent trotted towards Alisha with his injured arm. "The Arthur you know is gone, even I don't know what he is right now. Run.... you're good as dead if he grabs you. Run!" Vincent raised his voice weakly."What about you, you're badly injured." She muttered
Arthur and Vincent walked stealthily in the woods of the Centurion Pack knowing fully well that guards were on alert, prepared to launch at them. Nevertheless, he still continued on the pathway that led to Bella's captivity;thanks to Sabrina who was able to trace her.Soon rustling of leaves began to sound plus the sound of quick breaths and steps escaping their opponents. The Werewolves surrounded them with a fierce stance and a growl escaping their mouth.Vincent sighed playfully. "You see my friend here, he's really angry and killing Werewolves is his hobby so if you still like your life just let us take what we want and leave. Simple." Vincent gestured courteously but Arthur paid no attention to those words. With certainty, he knew they wouldn't succumb to his friend's philosophical words."We are ready to die for our cause!" One of them barked in return. It infuriated Arthur enough that he wasted no time trotting to the Werewolf and sliced his head off with his silver knife. The o
Half of Bella's muscles were already weak from the stress she was enduring, her eyes were heavy from the drugs that ran through her system. Her thoughts finally became clear and then she realized she was chained, with her knees to the dry leaves. The fire that burned on the woods made her see clearly till her eyes fell on her mother. Her heart raced faster like it was bound to explode as she watched her mother partly conscious and suffering in pain. Her bones started to shudder as she struggled to meet her mother but her chains held her back successfully.Tears streamed down her cheek realizing how helpless both of them were."Mom?" She stuttered. "Mom!!" She screamed this time."Bella?" She gasped while trying to move her body but no avail."Jeremy!" Her voice sparked with a mix of relief and sadness. His voice was enough to tell how much torture he had gone through. Her best friend was positioned right behind her back but she was unable to face him. Her bondage and her weakness wouldn
The door flung open to reveal a score of Hybrids and Witches ready to play offensive. Bella gasped, her body cowering in fear. Arthur's eyes widened with horror gleaming on his face. At that moment, confusion set into his mind. Hybrids and Werewolves bite are lethal to Vampires not to talk of Witches whose powers could cause severe pains throughout their bodies. He worried not for himself but Julian and Bella. How was he going to protect them?."Take Bella and run as fast as you can!" Arthur ordered at Julian who simply nodded. "There's no place to run cause this house is under a boundary spell. Nicodemus wants the girl, give her and we shall leave without causing you harm." A Witch confidently spat out. Arthur growled at their arrogant remarks. Infuriated at the weight of courage that reeked off them."I shall let you live if you all can carry your pathetic beings out of this place!." Arthur blurted."We are ready to die for our cause!" An Hybrid retorted."Well then!. Let's get on w
"Alpha!" A Royal guard walked alongside Stella, Nicodemus's favorite Witch, into his Chambers. The large dimly lit room filled with several bodies of young women. Drenched in their blood and misery Nicodemus had gifted.Nicodemus groaned under his breath as he continued to feed on the last lady he grasped tightly. His Fangs buried into her neck and his eyes raging with unquantifiable lust."We have news..." Stella muttered sternly, choosing to ignore the mess he had created."This better be important." Nicodemus bellowed as he pulled his fangs out. The lady let out a silent voice before she collapsed to the ground like the other girls he had been feeding on. He wiped the blood path that trailed on his lips to his lower jaw with his thumb. And then wore a sinister smile as he reviewed his Chambers. Basking in the goriness of his room."Arthur and Bella are here in New Orleans." She uttered whilst Nicodemus face lit with excitement. His smile deepened as he approached her with his arms c
"Today, I specifically will teach you how to feed on humans." Nicodemus uttered as he walked alongside Alisha in the woods. Under the cold night "So how are you enjoying your stay in the Centurion Pack?"Alisha frowned at his smiley face, recalling every harsh moments she's witnessed over the hours. She could start with his commander, Jerry, who continuously fed her blood and yapped about Vampire biology. All she thirsted for was home but no hope came forth."What do you want me to say?" She retorted. "You abducted me, turned me into a Vampire and many more dreadful plans to come."He chuckled but Alisha's frown deepened. Infuriating her all the more."And just so you know, I'll never feed off innocent humans. I'll rather die!" She declared ferociously."Don't worry once I have no use of you. I'll kill you myself." He affirmed nonchalantly. Alisha retained silence whilst struck in a limbo. She puzzled if he meant those words or simply bluffing. Either ways, fear boomed in her chest as
Bella silently watched Sabrina and Vincent pack some Witchy artifacts into Arthur's vehicle. The wooden floor she relaxed on ached but her troubling thoughts wouldn't let her bother. She wondered how her mother was faring or if she was even alive. And then Jeremy too, wondering if he was stuck in all these drama like her. "Hey..." Arthur's gentle voice tousled her thoughts. She looked up at him, his face vaguely hiding his anxiety. She sighed and returned her gaze back to the vehicle. "You don't have to be this moody." He muttered as he sat beside her. She shot him a skeptical look."We're basically going on a suicide mission and you expect me to smile?""It's not a suicide mission." He corrected while they exchanged gazes. "My mother is in New Orleans and perhaps Nicodemus has her. We don't even have a weapon to kill him yet. Tell me, how is this not suicide?" She scoffed. He only retained his gaze. His silence giving her the answer. "Arthur, you know there's another way out of t
"Where am I?" Asked Alisha who just woke from her slumber feeling tensed and an unending irritation. Her vision hazy, her wrist chained to the arms of a wooden chair she was currently seated in and her legs tied together. Even in her blurry state, she noticed her surroundings was a small cave. With two men. One that was rooted to the wall and the other, dressed in an all black attire. A shirt with three loose buttons at the top, fitting jean complemented with boots. He was poised in her front, metres away and unable to review his face due to her blurriness. "Took you long enough!" The man's overly hoarse voice sounded. "Welcome to the Silvery-Claw Centurion Pack." He muttered in a grand gesture."Slivery what?!" Alisha questioned in an agitated tone. The fact she was having issues as to how she got here and being bound by chains, angered her. "Where am I?! Who are you?! What do you want from me?!!" She screeched while struggling for freedom from the chair. The man simply giggled as he
