A gasp escapes from her when the light hits her eyelids. Feeling a ticklish sensation in her lips, her tongue runs over her bottom lip. As she does, the taste of ointment wakes up finally. Her eyelids part away lazily, has no motivation to get up. Her attention goes to a long shadow which is walking here and there, doing something in her room.

Getting up, she finds Vasquez placing her books, a vase with some hydrangea and a tray with some cupcakes and cookies.

His attention is still yet to drive to her. Minding his own business, he is removing the curtains from the window, letting the wind run in. His face looks calmer than usual. She can feel that the frown between his thick eyebrows is evidence of some troubles that he is going through.

Not moving at all, she keeps watching him, making the room perfect. She has been closing all the windows and doors, so sunlight didn't come. It felt stuffy but she didn't care. Now, her eyes find peace to see the room cosy and airy.
