Aubrey's POV

"What the hell was that?" Alexis asked as we walked into my apartment. I could see the question marks in her eyes but she did well not to ask any further questions.

I walked into my room and picked up my phone. This wasn't to be taken lightly. " Hello, I just received a letter," I informed Mr. Knight.

" Hey, Calm down. I can sense your panic. Tell me what's wrong." He said, and I narrated the incident to him. "Who's there with you?" He asked.

I wondered how he knew that I wasn't alone. " Alexis," I replied in a low tone. Her head shot up, at the mention of her name.

He sighed. " I'll get back to you in a few minutes. Just be calm and don't out us. I would have come myself but I am required to be somewhere else." He said.
