"Since you're his friend, thank you for visiting Ashton. It's just that Ashton hasn't woken up from anesthesia," Mr. Yale Senior said.

"It's alright. It's good enough to see that Mr. Yale is doing okay now." Yuna could tell how much Ashton's parents despised her.

Frowning a little, she looked at Darren out of the corner of her eye. She could roughly guess why he'd insisted on bringing her here to visit Ashton.

"If Ashton hasn't woken up yet, we'll come visit him another time. Mr. and Mrs. Yale, don't worry about him. Thankfully, Ashton didn't suffer any serious injuries," Darren said.
