There was no change of expression on Yuna's face as she watched Daisy with a slight smile. Daisy thought her words would agitate Yuna, but when it gauged no reaction, she felt as if her words had been in vain.

She grew impatient.

"Why aren't you saying anything?"

Yuna snickered. "It's easy to talk big, Daisy Bailey, but action speaks louder than words. Did you see who Yvan was standing next to the whole time?"

Her single sentence defeated Daisy entirely.

Gritting her teeth, Daisy glared at Yuna with resentment. When she sensed someone was entering, she could only conceal her emotions and left without a word. Unbothered, Yuna looked away.

Lucian walked into the ward right at that moment. "Do you need my help with anything?" he asked.

"I don't need to be hospitalized, do I?"
