Ahem... Ferdinan's clearing of his throat successfully broke the silence.

"In that case, you should propose to Aurora right away, Dave, no need for a long courtship," Sekar chimed in with a wide smile. The hijab-wearing beauty hadn't expected her son to bring a prospective daughter-in-law so soon.
