Caraline was stunned with her gaze fixed on Deric who was still swinging on the tree branch. The woman wanted to see Deric in his current state longer, but she didn't want to make Deris suspicious and think anything.

Caraline quickly turned around. "Damn, I forgot to bring my phone."

"Are you willing?" asked Deric.

"I-I... don't want to do a sport that makes me look as dirty as you," Caraline snapped.

"Well," said Deric, "your little hands definitely won't be able to lift your body weight even once."

"What?" Caraline reflexively turned around. For the second time, she was treated to the sight of Deric's sweat-soaked upper body. It was so annoying, it was hard to keep her eyes off of it.

Deric laughed, continuing his pull-ups. "Get ready, to go to the office."

"You have no right to order me around!" Caraline folded her arms across her chest, keeping her eyes on the surface of the lake while occasionally watching Deric's movements. "Wait a minute," she muttered.
