Chapter 440 Impossible

When Tyler heard that, he reached out to stroke Dorian's head.

Nodding calmly, he said, "Yes. I've never forgotten about you."

Upon hearing this, Dorian lit up with surprise. He quickly said to Tyler, "I have to tell Mom about this. This is good news!"

Tyler immediately grabbed Dorian's hand and said in a serious tone, "Dorian, don't."

Dorian didn't quite understand why Tyler stopped him. Furrowing his brows, he looked at his dad in confusion.

"Why not? Mom will be glad to hear the news. She was really upset when she found out that you forgot about her, you know," he said in a low voice.

Sighing, Tyler explained, "Her sadness is only temporary. It won't take her long to forget about me. Dorian, I owe your mother too much. I'm worried that I won't have the time to make it up to her."

Dorian still looked puzzled as he listened to what Tyler had to say.

He didn't know what to reply, so he simply pursed his lips and stood quietly by Tyler's bedside.
