Aria walks in carefully to the CEO’s office, he was on screen time when she walked in and she didn’t know if she should have called first. Not like he wasn’t expecting her but maybe this was a bad time. And she had not even remembered to knock, maybe because she was growing familiar with the place and the person.

He looked up when she got closer, “Hey… you got the files?” he asked softly.

Aria was relieved that he wasn’t upset, but she should have known Xavier by now, why was she still seeing him in the same light as Jimmy? Xavier was nothing like Jimmy, he was a better man and person.

“Yeah, I had them sorted out, I have also scheduled your next meeting and it will be held in exactly two hours from now,” she announced with a smile.

“Oh, I guess I have to set an alarm then.” He replied as he took the files from her.

“You don’t need to, I mean… I can be your alarm, not literally but yeah… I will remind you fifteen minutes before the meeting,” she rambled immediately, trying to correct
