Returning back to Eliseva’s mansion, Eliseva could not help but walk on air upon seeing Hazel and hug her. Tightly. It was imperative for her to be happy to see Hazel because she only got to hear Hazel’s praises from the party she had gone to last night. She knew that Hazel’s beauty would entice everyone there.

She had also seen purple marks on her neck and shoulder which anyone could understand what happened last night. It was also necessary to drag Hazel under suspicion for a moment by Eliseva, because she had thought that Hazel would do some work that would embarrass her in front of her customers. But nothing like that happened.

Eliseva was loving Hazel as her own daughter without giving any reason behind it. She was pouring honey with her bitter tongue, pampering Hazel like her own daughter. And all this surprised Hazel. It was also bound to be surprising because Eliseva had never treated her so sweetly.

But Hazel did not declare Eliseva as her goddess like the rest of the girls in that mansion. She lived her day as usual, not paying much attention to Eliseva.

Even at night, when they all sat down to eat, Eliseva wanted to feed Hazel the first morsel of food with her own hands which Hazel refused without raising a voice. She just did not like that artificial sweetness of Eliseva. Hazel never promoted fake love, care and treatment.

Eliseva also did not mind that and started munching on her food.

“Why didn’t you accept it? Eli rarely gives so much attention to anyone. If you are being given, why are you not taking it?” Irene whispered into Hazel’s ear while filling her spoon with fried rice from her plate in front.

“I don’t know why she is kind today?” Hazel whispered back, wrapping her lips around the spoon and taking the bite.

“Because finally you stepped in this work. She’s happy because you slept with them last night.” Hazel’s breath hitched as soon as she heard Irene. That was a pure lie.

“H-How did she know t-that?” She stopped eating and looked at Irene.

Irene looked around. She found all of the girls eating silently, not even looking at her and Hazel. She looked back at Hazel, finding concern in her eyes which amused her.

“Guess?” She smirked when Hazel panicked.

“Tell me, Ire!” She glared at her. Irene palmed her mouth, hiding that amused grin plastered over her lips. She nodded her head, giving Hazel a headache. She was worried how Eliseva was able to see that she slept with those men when she never did it in real!

“Ask the marks on your neck and shoulder, Haze!”

Her eyes widened which earned a smirk from Irene. Her hand flew up to palm the side of her neck, caressing the skin absentmindedly. “Relax, Haze! That’s normal!”

“But it’s embarrassing. I never realised it.”

Suddenly Irene began to suspect Hazel after she heard her. Under the guise of doubt, she did not ask her anything at the dining table there. She just told Hazel not to worry in a low voice, and started eating food.

But Irene could not let anything suspicious get carried away. As Hazel went to her room after having dinner, Irene asked her to let her in and know about the previous night. Not wishing to turn her question around, she put it directly in front of Hazel which Hazel could not deny.

Hazel did not consider it necessary to hide anything from Irene and told her everything. Irene was surprised to know that yesterday’s man did not drag Hazel forcibly in that work and did not take anything further considering her age.

That was something unexpected.

Customers do not care what age the girls living in the brothel are. They are only concerned with quenching the thirst of their lust. In such a situation, his decision not to pursue anything with Hazel earned Irene’s praise.

Hazel did not give any expression even after hearing the praise of the man from Irene’s mouth. Irene had not seen him. Irene had not felt his touch. In such a situation, she could never even be familiar with his touch which was burning Hazel.

It felt wrong and rough. It was dominating. It was burning. She did not like it at all. That touch was only scaring her. There was nothing like tingling sensations in his touch. Raw need was reflected in his eyes, not any soft emotion.

She could not even expect those soft emotions!

But there was one thing which it was necessary to worry about. Irene had just caught one scared and restless look from her and gained suspicion, then Eliseva was the aunt of foxes! For her, it will be easier than Irene.

She did not want Eliseva to catch her! Because if she realised that Hazel did not obey her at all and did not satisfy the men there, then she could not even imagine what brutal thing Eliseva would do to her.

She was the woman of her words!

Next day when she woke up with an uneasy feeling, she tried to calm herself down. She felt as if something bad was about to happen. But it could only be the imagination of her scared mind. She tried to calm her heart by placing her hand on her chest.

He prayed as usual.

After a moment, Eliseva called her down. She took a bath and dressed up in a white cotton fabric anarkali. Putting a red dupatta on her head, she then went downstairs.

There on the dining table, everybody was taking their seats. She took her seat next to Irene and prayed before eating her breakfast.

Eliseva watched her with amusement, ready to give her a heart attack as it was her habit.

After Hazel finished eating breakfast, she got up to leave. Eliseva stopped her right there and told her something. Something that made her tremble right there as soon as she heard that famous surname. The powerful name which was the cause of her trembling body every time.

“He’s coming tonight.” Oh no! Another bomb. She could not believe her ears but she did not believe the man either. Why? Why was he coming tonight?

“But why? Isn’t it done? I danced that night, isn’t it enough?” She asked in one go as trepidation clouded her mind and heart completely. She did not even realise when the hasty words escaped her mouth. But she did not care at all.

“Oh Hazel..!” She chuckled and patted her shoulder, “you’re so cute! Why are you nervous when you’ve already had a night with him?”

“Then why? I-I mean why again?”

“No idea.” She shrugged her shoulders, giving Hazel a mischievous grin. “Maybe not satisfied!” She chuckled.

Blood rushed to her cheeks when she heard Eliseva. She was so casual but Hazel was uncomfortable. Not because Eliseva was straightforward, but the mention of the man she met last night scared her, embarrassed her.

“B-But…” she was getting nervous as she did not know what excuse she should use to escape the man tonight. Eliseva looked at her confused face that started working on her. Hazel looked up at her, seeing a frown forming on her brows. She was thinking something. Something that could trouble her very soon.

“But?” Eliseva asked, narrowing her eyes at Hazel.

Her heartbeats increased. Eliseva was doubting her. And she was afraid that she might catch her just like Irene did last night.

She sucked a deep breath. “I-I don’t… I don’t want this, Eliseva.” She quickly averted her eyes, hiding them because she was aware of her vibrating orbs. Eliseva could read her eyes easily.

“Why?” The sudden welcome of irk in her voice made her flinch as she looked up at her.

“I… because—”

“No excuses, Hazel. You’ve done it, no? So what’s the problem in doing it again? There’s no choice for you. Sleeping with every man who pays for your body is the only option for you.”

Her eyes widened. “But that’s wrong!” She uttered immediately, not regretting her sudden and unexpected words.

“Like I don’t know? Don’t start with your stupid lecture now. Do as I say or you know the consequences.”

“Eliseva, please?”

“I cleared myself! Now wait for him tonight, dressed in an attractive attire, understand?” Saying that, she stormed out of that place, not wishing to listen to Hazel anymore.

Hazel stood there, looking down in defeat. Finally Eliseva did not listen to her. She felt tears burning her eyes. Not again. She did not want to meet that man again. He was horrible. Scared her to no end. His touch was filthy. His eyes held dirt. She did not want to meet him again and that was clear in her mind.

But did she have any choice? No. Eliseva made it clear already. It was one and only option for her.

She was bound to meet him tonight.

She huffed and went into her room. She locked herself in and walked to the terrace side of her room. There she stood silently and looked up at the sky. Dark clouds were hovering above, earning a sigh of content from her.

The anxiety building inside her by that news started subsiding because of the change in weather taking place in front of her eyes. Cool air started caressing her skin and she found herself closing her eyes in bliss.

It was going to rain. Her favourite.

She loved rain and every time it gave her a different kind of happiness. Wow. Was the only word she could whisper inwardly. She loved everything about rain.

A cold drop of water landed on her cheekbone. Her eyes flickered open at that cold touch. Her lips stretched into a small smile, realizing finally the sky was about to open up and let its cold tears meet the thirsty ground.

Her chest heaved up as she inhaled that hypnotizing scent. The winds intensified. The green vine leaves standing on the wall of her room started swaying. That creeper was reaching the roof of that mansion while traveling from the ground. The pink flowers on it always gave peace to her heart.

A pigeon came to her on the terrace. Light drops started falling from the sky. That dry and hot ground started getting wet. A light shower of water did not quench its thirst and the place dried up in an instant.

She looked at the pigeon who was making its way to her room. She giggled softly and then turned her eyes away from that pigeon. She wanted to enjoy that moment so stayed there under the slow drizzling. That slow pace of falling water droplets could not wet her down, of which she took advantage.

“Haze, why are you like this, huh? You should be happy that Mr. Da’ud is coming to spend another night with you! Dance with me because every woman dreams of that man!” Mayuri’s voice echoed in the room. There was a lot of curiosity in her voice. The glow of her ecstasy as if lit up the room. She looked down at Hazel, the brush between her fingers caressing Hazel’s cheek delicately. She frowned when Hazel did not answer her. She was not in the mood to participate in Mayuri’s excitement. “Haze!” Mayuri yelled. Hazel hissed, eyes closing automatically. Mayuri’s voice could bleed anyone’s ears. “What, Mayuri?” Hazel asked, ignoring her death glares. “Do you know what power the Da’ud family holds?” Hazel denied. She had no idea and no interest in knowing about the Da’ud family. On one side was Mayuri who was shining and thundering like lightning, and on the other was Hazel who was drowning in anxiety. She was upset, did not know what work Christian had tonight, and that he wanted to m

Her face was completely soaked in tears. Some droplets of those fat tears settled on her eyelashes but without caring about that, she just took deep breaths when he left her. Her scalps were burning because of the force he used. He was angry. So angry that he had to control himself from doing something worse to her. She could not even stop him. She even tried to stop him with her hands but his force was not worth breaking. His strength was more than her. He was cruel! “I knew that.” She looked up at him, eyes widened at what he just said. “I knew this would be the reason, so I figured everything out in my own way. How do you like that?” He was amused by this all. Her situation seemed to entertain him and the thing that hurt her the most—becoming a way of entertainment for others. Her head lowered in shame and all she wanted to do was to bury herself in the ground. There was no use for her to lie. He caught her easily and even punished her for that. Please, stop this all. She cried

The sound of thunder echoed. The water started falling heavily on the ground. As if the fat and aggressive drops were their anger pouring out on the earth. A bolt of long lightning flashed in the dark sky and the clouds roared angrily once again. The sound of the droplets hitting the ground intensified, and struck the ears of Christian in the room, who was being sinful inside. The angry wind blowing outside was now banging on the solid doors of her room as if trying to break in, but the protectiveness of those doors did not allow them. He realized that it was raining but it did not make any sense to him. He caressed the girl’s waist who was trembling beneath him, without paying attention to what was happening outside. Her curves were soft and deep. Her skin was smooth and felt wonderful against his rough wide palm. It was as if cream was crawling down his skin, giving him a kind of satisfaction. The hotness of her skin was a cherry on top. He was mesmerized by the touch of her ski

“Haze… Haze…” a low-pitched voice knocked on her ear while she felt someone shaking her arm. She frowned, burying her face more in the soft sheet. The air ticklishly caressed her arm and she squirmed but the voice once again interrupted her, “Haze! Get up!” It sounded concerned. Hazel’s frown deepened as she recognized the voice. “Haze…” once again she called her name and saw her friend opening her eyes very slowly, adjusting the light which was entering through her right. The bright sun was hanging high in the sky, shining and burning the air around. “Haze! Tell me how are you?” Her voice turned loud when she panicking shook her arm and caressed her forehead with her other hand. She was worried after what she saw in Hazel. Her body. “I… I don’t know…” she whispered, completely opening her eyes and trying to get up when suddenly her shoulder twinged. She hissed upon feeling that pain. It was sharp. “Oh god!” Irene held onto her shoulders and helped her sit properly, taking care o

Days have passed since that incident happened. Hazel was trying to overcome it and it was even working. Of course, it will. When Irene made her understand that she should be thankful that he did not move further or rape her. It could have been worse but she survived. In such a situation, she should have thanked God, not him, which she did every moment. But he harassed her—the thing irritated her even more. It was hard to forget. She could not forget how he ripped her clothes off her. She could not forget how he marked her skin like an animal. Not that easily. Even though he had a charming personality, she got scared whenever she remembered him. His face horrified her every time. Because his face always reminded her of that night. The memory was so bad and dark that it had imprinted itself like a dark ink in her mind which was not ready to be washed away. Because of this, she started having nightmares every night, so the next morning she used to get a light layer of sweat on her fore

His fingers dug inside the flesh of her cheeks as he held her face. He applied a small force and her lips puckered out before he pushed himself on her and claimed her lips for a hungry kiss. Her eyes widened because everything happened just in a flash. His movements were fast and unexpected for her. She did not know he would do it. His surprisingly soft lips sucked hers in an urgent manner. The urgency of tasting her lips was already driving him insane. Those soft and juicy lips lured him to do it at the end of the shop, not letting his mind meet the thought of getting caught by someone there. She wriggled in his hold, squeezing her eyes shut but he did not even budge. He kept sucking on her lips and biting them harshly in between and making the disgust crawl up to her senses. The pain was another thing she felt because of it, and she realized it was because of her denials. She was not completely lost. Because she was sure she did not want him to kiss her, she could control her h

Sitting inside his car at some distance from those two girls, he was looking at one of them with a deep emotion that was hidden in his eyes. Shiddat. This was the first time he felt this. With depth. He did not know why such a deep emotion was ready to take shelter in his heart. His heart was hard, no emotion ever wanted to settle there. As if there was a wish, he wanted it to be fulfilled. Softness did not want to go away from his eyes. Hazel, was the first girl who forced him to feel like some thirst. Thirst! Yes, it was thirst. There was such a thirst that only her body could quench. The drops that wrapped around her body, slipping down from her skin, were reaching down, quenching their thirst from the touch of her skin. Weird? Can even the drops ever be thirsty? Maybe it could be. Otherwise, wrapped around her body, they would not have settled themselves in her. He licked his bottom lip, an urge of licking the drops off her skin was itching him. Then he did not even regret a

The sun rose high in the blue sky. The white clouds were scattered here and there like colors in the blue sky. The pleasant sun shone on the leaves of the trees under its light. The sweet voice of birds sweetened the morning, one of whom came and sat on the balcony of Hazel’s room. It chirped sweetly, and the slow melody reached the insides of the closed room, which opened the sleep of the man lying inside. With a small groan, he got up, holding the side of his head. His headache was ringing like a drum. That pain gave him trouble even opening his eyes, but he got up from his place suffering from pain. He breathed deeply, cursing under his breath when the muscles on his back twinged. “Fuck!” He looked around and eventually his eyes fell upon the girl sitting in front of him. Her eyes were closed. She was sleeping, sitting on the ground, not bothering to take a turn as if the position was comfortable for her. Her breathing was slow, and her body was leaning against the wall behind

“Hi.” An excited chirp met her ears, grabbing her attention. She turned to look at the person, finding it a beautiful lady. Her face was attractive, her features sharp. Her appearance matched a bit with… Christian, but the eye color kept them apart. His eyes were a pair of burning volcanic flames, while the girl had a pair of hazel eyes — wood color mixed with leaf flecks. She was longer than her and seemed as high as Gabriella. Her body was curvy, hidden behind a pink chiffon saree. She was glad the hall had heaters around otherwise the man with her had put a huge jacket on her shoulders, ruining her fashion. Her plump lips were stretched into a beautiful smile, which made her smile as well.“Hi.” Giving her a hand which she accepted wholeheartedly to shake it.“I’m Abigail, Chris’ elder sister and you must be Hazel, right?” She guessed it, showing her pearly white teeth. Hazel nodded slowly and hesitantly, afraid that she was like Gabriella. “Gabriella told me. Actually catching

“Really?” Hazel looked at Rebecca, who looked surprised and confused as well. Her eyes stopped upon Hazel and she nodded. “Hm, I understand. Bitches remain bitches after all. But it’s okay, Mr. Da’ud was kind enough to invite us on his own. We can expect respect from respected people, after all.” She giggled at the end and then disconnected the line. She put the mobile on the table and sat on a chair. She turned to Hazel and then started speaking though she never looked eager to know about her conversation. “Dear, Marcus and I are invited to a party. Must reach by 7 pm. I don’t think that Sir will also come home tonight, so maybe you…” She trailed off, giving Hazel a hint but just at that moment, the doorbell rang. “Lemme check it, you shouldn’t get up again and again.” Hazel got up, interrupting Rebecc

Eyes held a slight drop of worry when she peered down at him. His lips connected to hers and sucking them like he yearned them from the depth of his heart, dryness of his throat, and emptiness of his hunger. Her heart skipped a beat and then thudded loudly inside her chest. So loud that she could hear her heart beating in her ears and she was sure the soft sound must have reached his ears, too, as he sucked her bottom lip zealously, taking it between his teeth and then opening his eyes ever so slowly that the time seemed to freeze around her — around both of them. His intoxicating eyes, covered with those dark eyelashes, hypnotized her to the core — to the point where she knew she would give herself to him any time because the magic of his sweet presence had started to work tremendously, not ready to stop after that. Staring deep into her big beautiful eyes, he slightly leaned back and licked her bottom lip. His palm grazed her cheek lovingly and warmth spread throughout her chest

Sitting on his comfortable chair, while he was doing his work as diligently as ever, his mobile beeped with the notification bell. He ignored it as usual but after that, it started vibrating continuously, leaving him annoyed. The habit of constantly texting after being ignored by him was only used to be found in Gabriella. He leaned forward to reach the gadget and find a message from the person he expected. It was a picture of which the decoration of the chosen venue she wanted to show him, with a text message in which she asked him about the flowers that needed to be changed if he wanted them to be. The picture was already downloaded so he could see there were white lilies with which the place was decorated. White, the color that always suited a without-a-halo-wingless-angel he knew — Hazel. And the flower lilies were the flowers he used last night for the girl he admired from the bottom of his heart — Hazel. Once again everything seemed to make him think about her. And now when

Eyes opened and his face was the first thing she saw before starting the day. The proximity did not seem to trouble her this time because it felt like she expected it as soon as she would open her eyes. She did not feel scared when she saw him. Rather than not knowing why looking at him so closely, it seemed as if she was trying to understand some mystery — which was his face. Many questions were in her mind. Especially related to last night. She was also surprised to see the concern in his eyes for herself and also a small joy in the corner of her heart because, for the first time, someone made her feel valued; like someone had respected her emotions, her tears, her sorrow and everything that surrounded her like her own distinct atmosphere. She was surprised to find such a sudden change in him. He never looked so bothered for her. She did not even realize that while looking at him, her time was passing like running water. “Haze! Slow down!” The beautiful woman yelled from behind, eyes widening as she saw the little girl running away, spilling the chirpy gigglings around which lit up the environment. “Not a kid, I’m not, ma!” She answered, reaching the flower bed and crouching down. “Is that so?” She laughed, approaching the girl and sitting next to her, following her gaze as she found a butterfly sitting on a daisy. The girl seemed lost in admiring the green delicate creature. Her big hazel eyes gleamed and her chubby lips parted. She rested her small palms on her knees and her hand raised carefully, fingers itching to touch its flimsy wings. “No, Haze, you shouldn’t catch a butterfly!” She held her small hand, grabbing her attention. As soon as the little girl faced the young, seductively pretty lady, her braid dangled from the right side which scared the butterfly as she flew away, leaving the kid disappointed. “Hey! “Rebecca,” His soft, low voice in worry fell in her ears. Looking back, she looked at Christian with her sad eyes, but he was only looking at the way down in front of him from where Hazel had disappeared to her room side. There was a deep inner concern in his voice and restlessness hidden in the dreary sadness in his eyes. Perhaps he had realized that he should not have shouted at Hazel like that. Undoubtedly, she was not a little girl who would spoil her health by playing in the rain, but he had not seen a wiser girl than her till today. Surely she must have a reason, seeing her, her sadness could be felt by him but he was unable to detect it because of his anger. Had he not been angry, Hazel would not have run away like this. He wished he did not gotten angry, he slowly started to regret but it was late. There was no point in repenting now. She just wanted to spend a little more time like this. Keeping her eyes closed and taking slow breaths, she wanted to hide forever in this warmth. It was pleasing, it felt good. This warmth seemed heavenly to her. Someone was holding her waist tightly as if he was afraid to let her go even a little away from him. She would be surprised if she would actually be in someone’s arms. It was all a sweet dream which was never going to be fulfilled like her other sweet dreams. Such dreams in which she wanted someone who would take her away from this world and its bad people, then live with her alone and love her a lot. A desirable amount of love she deserved.
