"Do something Kiel!" Vera turned to her husband, who was out of shock.

Ezekiel moved closer to Alice slowly. "Alice, honey." He called her name softly. The light from Alice's eyes suddenly dimmed and she started to fall, but Ezekiel caught her in time.

"What if the neighbors saw her? '' Vera asked in worry. Her eyes scrutinized the whole area before she went back inside with her husband.

Everyone else was stunned by what they just witnessed. "They knew about her powers," Devon muttered.

"We have to suppress her powers again. It's too much for her to handle" Ezekiel said after he placed Alice's little body on her bed.

Vera nodded and left the room. She came back a minute later with an elixir in her hand.

"Gia told me it would be effective, but we shouldn't give her too much," She explained.

"I don't trust her, but we don't have a choice" Ezekiel opened the elixir and poured a little quantity into Alice's mouth. After that he closed it and handed it back to his wife.
