When evening came, Princess Hana who were bored to death inside her room left. She can't just stay there forever, she walked through the long hallway in difficulty before leaving the pack house.
The place outside was brightly lit by torches, it was like a glistering stars. She walked happily through the lawn, her destination is the treatment house.
Princess Hana thought that it was the best time to visit Gamma Sydric who had taken good care of her. But while walking through the place, she unintentionally heard the members of the pack whispering at each other. She felt weird and don't feel well thinking that everyone was talking about her.
“Princess Hana, what are you doing here? You should be taking your rest”
While Princess Hana was deep in thought, she suddenly heard someone spoke from behind. She quickly turned around and saw that it was Gamma Sydric, the person she’s planning to visit.
“Why are you here? You should be in the treatment house..” Princess Hana asked in worry, staring fixedly at Gamma Sydric with questioning eyes.
“Silly girl, I won't be called Gamma if I'm not strong” Gamma Sydric replied shaking his head, “Lets go, I'll take you home now”
“No way! I just left that cell and you're taking me there again?” She replied loudly, stubbornly refusing in returning home.
Gamma Sydric could only shook his head at her attitude. “Alright, where do you want to go?”
Princess Hana smiled happily before grabbing Gamma Sydric's hand. She plan to take a tour around the pack’s premises together with her uncle. The two of them walked around and bought lot of things, although they were werewolf, their intelligence was still on par with humans.
Their pack and the other pack also had currency with each other, it was a kind of rock that has value and used to buy things. Princess Hana happily enjoyed her time with Gamma Sydric, she also bought some accessories for her mother.
After several hours passed, the two of them sat in an open space away from the noisy business area. They enjoyed the night sky, looking through the horizon that was beautifully illuminated by the moon.
“Gamma, do you think I'll be able to leave the pack and enjoy life outside?” Princess Hana asked, staring blankly in front of her.
Gamma Sydric looked at her from the side, he then diverted his eyes to the horizon before answering. “Why do you want to go outside? Don't you like it here in our pack?”
Hearing his question, Princess Hana sighed and said weakly. “Its not that I don't like it here, you see, I'm wolf less and definitely can't go outside the pack's periphery”
“There's nothing good outside, trust me. What's waiting for you there is loneliness and hardship” Gamma Sydric stated in a matter of factly.
Princess Hana laid on the ground, staring at the stars above. “Since childhood, I've been here. I know everyone from the top of their head down to their toes. I want to experience something new, something different. I know this place is good and safe, and I love to stay here with mom, dad, and the others. But my heart beats fast everytime I think about what’s beyond our pack. It was as if something big was waiting for me there”
Gamma Sydric did not say anything, he could feel the longing in the voice of his niece. Unfortunately, he couldn’t just approved what she had said. The place where the two was entered a deafening silence.
After some time, Gamma Sydric opened his mouth and asked. “Is that really the case or you just want to escape from your burdens here? I know you're suffering from being wolf less, everyone was talking about you, saying bad things behind your back.”
“But listen well my niece, life is full of challenges and you need to face it. People who escaped from it will never grow strong, wherever you go, if you face the same thing in there, you'll always do the same as what you did before, and that is to escape”
Gamma Sydric sighed after saying those words as if he remembered something. Then he noticed that Princess Hana didn't reply after some time. He turned to her direction and found out that she had already fallen asleep.
“Second Brother, she really is your daughter, she even inherited your dozing off skill” He said to the empty space laughing mockingly to himself.

On the place full of tall trees with eerie air whispering from time to time, a group of people could be seen traversing the place. It was dark in this place but everyone were walking like it was daylight.
One group was led by a man with a big build, the pressure he's exuding was suffocating. Behind him were 25 warriors that was looking around cautiously, in front of them was another group of 25 scattered around. They aren't standing with two limbs, instead, they are in their wolf form, sniffing the ground with perked ears.
Those group of wolves were led by a big one, although all of them looks almost the same, it was still noticeable as this certain wolf has an air of superiority in him.
'Halt!'
Everyone heard a voice in their head. It was an order from their Alpha that was leading the group from the back. They all halted from their track and surveyed the surrounding with their guard up.
'Prepare for battle and don't let your guard down'
A voice was heard again, it was link transmission, an ability only wolves that were blessed by the moon goddess can do. Everyone's face turned solemn as they scanned their surroundings, trying their best to search for any threat that could possibly harm them. However, they haven't found any trace of them.
The one leading at the front has confusion written in his face. Still, he believed that the person who commanded them to halt may have discovered something.
They waited for several minutes but there’s still nothing, there's no sign of any enemies. The man leading the front line lost his patience and asked, 'Alpha, are you sure there are enemies?'
'Delta, when an Alpha commanded, never doubt' Alpha Broderick replied.

“Above us!“
Alpha Broderick immediately shouted and instructed everyone to enter their wolf form.
“Awwooooo!”
Everyone transformed quickly. Then a group of red wolves dropped coming from above, their sharp claws glistering in cold luster.Splash~Blood splattered in the air from the wound generated from the blood wolves sneak attack from above. Alpha Broderick's warriors howled in pain, some of them even got heavily injured. A few also died after being hit in the head. The silent forest turned chaotic as sounds of growling and pained cry echoed from time to time. Corpse started piling up as red and silver furred wolf dropped on the ground motionless.Alpha Broderick scanned the surrounding with a calm expression in his face, not even flinching for a second. He was the only one who stayed in his human form not bothering to transform.A blood wolf saw him and thought he was an easy prey. It happily pounce at him without hesitation, opening its jaw open wide, showcasing its sharp teeth. When it arrived a meter away from him, its eyes couldn't help but constrict as his target suddenly disappeared.
“You're so mean second brother” Venedict spoke without any emotion, his aura changed completely turning the air around him stagnant. His figure then transformed into a big wolf with blood red fur. Eyes shining brightly in red luster and his size was only a little smaller than that of Alpha Broderick.Alpha Broderick's paw reached his face but in that short span of time, he shielded himself with his front leg in an X form. Due to the impact generated from Alpha Broderick's strong attack, he was thrown thirty meters away from his previous position. His front paw had become bruised and released some smoke.“You've become much more stronger than before brother” Venedict complimented with his face turning solemn.Alpha Broderick snorted coldly, his gaze full of loathing. Without wasting any second, he again pounced towards Venedict. Everytime his paw hits the ground, deep footprints will appear.“I admit that you're stronger than me but...” Venedict paused for a while before scanning his su
“Luna, a problem had occurred in many places this past few days. Pests started attacking our farms making the genius farmers suffer great losses, their expected harvest are cut off to a fourth.”“Half of our livestock's had also died through unknown kind of sickness. The doctors are having a hard time determining how to solve this problem. If this continues, the market and our pack’s future will definitely face problems”Luna Dianne frowned deeply, she looked towards the empty seat next to her and sighed. Shaking her head a little, she calmly replied to the elders concern. “Go and investigate the reason behind it. Then come back with your proposed solution.”“Luna, there's no need for us to leave. The matter was already investigated and after some research, everything that happened was found out to be impossible to happen” Elder Justin replied, his face darkened.“Then? Are you saying that there's no solution?” Luna Dianne asked coldly, her eyes staring deeply at the group of elders.“
“You! You are...” it was only now that the man saw Princess Hana's face more clearly. A few seconds ago, he thought that the lady his slave was chatting with was also an omega, but he was wrong. His eyes constricted into a small dot, and at the same time trembling in fear.“What do you think you're doing! She might be your servant but that doesn't mean you can do everything as you like” Princess Hana scolded furiously, her beautiful white dress had a part of it ripped off with traces of blood.“I-I'm sorry... I-I didn't mean to hit you...” the man said stammering, his hand shaking nonstop. The residents of the pack heard the commotion and went to take a look. Their frequent murmuring buzzed in chaos like a marketplace. Some spectators that saw everything unfold narrated the event to the new ones arriving.Several meters away from the crowd, a man was patrolling the area with his two companion. When they saw a great crowd of people gathering, they went their to inquire what’s happening.
“Her parent's was imprisoned” It was like a clap of thunder when Princess Hana heard what Gamma Sydric said several hours ago. She didn't anticipated something like that to happen, she didn't hold any grudge towards Lily's parent's. Although she was hurt by what they did, she can't blame her for it anyway. But she clearly know how protective and caring her mother was, no matter who it was as long as it involves her, they'll definitely not leave without a scratch. 'So It's my fault again' She said inside her head contemplating everything that has happened. She lay down on the bed she was in and muttered silently. “Am I really cursed?” “No you're not” a woman's voice answered shocking her, Princess Hana look to the side only to see her mother. “Mom you're here” Princess Hana said planning to stand up but was stopped by her mother. Her mother looked at her gently, examining her figure searching if she was hurt anywhere. “I am fine mom. You don't have to worry about me” She said star
Elder's Council, Conference HallIn a long table that measures two meters by width and twenty meters by length, several people could be seen facing each other in silence, not uttering even a single word.It was so silent that an ant's cry can be heard. These people was none other than the Elders of Silver Moon Pack, the Gamma and Beta, including the Delta. In the right side of the lengthy table was Alpha Broderick with a sad expression on his face.Because of his current state, the elders sitting on their chairs couldn't help but feel uneasy. The air surrounding them was so stifled that breathing was hard. It was such a suspense as everyone wants to know what really happened in their journey that made the alpha like that. But who dares to ask him that? No one, they were all afraid of the outcome. A few minutes passed in silence before finally, Alpha Broderick stood up from his seat. With a dull glow on his eyes, he said, “Everyone, I, your Alpha has failed you. It was my fault why onl
“Alpha...” Gamma Sydric spoke in concern.Alpha Broderick patted him in the shoulder and smiled faintly. “Don't mind him. We have to consider what he had gone through. After all, he got that injury from the blood wolf war that happened several decades ago. Not only that, he even lost his wife and daughter right in front of his eyes.”“It's a miracle for him to still retain his sanity after experiencing such things. I can't help but admire his will to live” Alpha Broderick sighed, shaking his head. “Alright... Let's not talk about him. What we need now is to generate a plan on how to avoid creating another bloody war. How about everyone of us propose an idea?”***Thud!A loud thud sounded out as Venedict, Alpha Broderick's brother hit the wall hard before falling down. His body was full of scars and blood covered his body. Before him was a three meter tall old man with a white beard. Although he looks old on the surface, his body was well built and strong that he doesn't act his age. A
The wounds on his body started healing in a speed visible to the naked eye. His regeneration ability was now twice as fast as before. Even so, it still took 15 minutes before he was fully healed. If it weren't for the prince, he would have been hospitalized for more than a month to fully recover.Venedict slowly opened his eyes and saw the room empty. The Alpha and the warriors that was with him before was nowhere to be seen.'I guess they left me because I'm useless now'He forcefully stood up but felt something amiss. 'What's going on?' he asked himself. He was shocked when he noticed that there was no wounds nor injuries on his body.“You're finally awake”“Who's there?” Venedict shouted with widened eyes, his stance changed into his battle form. He was cautious as he didn’t detected any presence a moment ago.“A trained warrior indeed!” The prince exclaimed in compliment after witnessing Venedict’s changed of stance without any delay. Then he slowly approached him, his face reveale
Prior that night at the Blackburn residence, a huge event was happening. A few hours after Griswold left, Princess Hana that was unconscious had finally woken up. Esmond and the others immediately visited her room in excitement. And before their eyes, Princess Hana’s beautiful and innocent face enraptured their hearts. Renfield was the most noticeable as his eyes had turned into hearts, staring at her with longing. The patriarch and elders also arrived a few minutes after them. All having serious expression but after seeing Princess Hana’s appearance, their eyes couldn’t hide their surprise.“Where is this place?” Princess Hana asked in wonder. Confused why she’s not in the forest anymore.“Hello, you’re in the Blackburn residence of Winterfrost city. We found you in the forest while unconscious so we brought you here.” Alwyn timidly responded.Princess Hana found him adorable and smiled. But noticing that there are many people that she’s not familiar with, she cautiously hide her emo
On the second floor of the Alchemist Association, there are not as many people as that of on the ground floor. Moreover, the people here were well known figures in Winterfrost City and some were powerful practitioners. It is also noticeable that the items on display here are of high quality than those below. The price of the products here are also absurdly expensive. Also, the cheapest product on display were sold for a hundred thousand gold coins.Their group of three did not stay on the second floor for long and immediately moved to the third floor. Unlike the other floors, this floor have no products on display nor many people walking around. Rather, the place was full of rooms.“Hello dear customers, are you here to hire an Alchemist to concoct a pill?” a charming young lady went to their group and asked.“I’m here to see the Branch Manager, please show the way.” Scr
“Stop this meaningless aggression or I’ll be forced to hurt you.” Jake warned, completely blocking Griswold’s attack with his sword. At the same time, he also released his Martial King aura, pressuring his opponent in great multitude. Even the crowd present at the scene could feel the immense pressure. Except for the young man with red eyes and his servant.“Humans really are interesting beings. To attain such skill level, his comprehension ability are truly astonishing. Maybe there are people out there who can contend with my father.”“That would be dangerous. Moreover, their population are abnormally high. If among them, there are three people that can contend with your father, then it would be a disaster.”The young man smiled then looked at his servant. “If you fight him, can you win?”His servant didn’t reply
“Lylia…” Griswold affectionately muttered while caressing his wife’s thin hands. His eyes were misty because of both happiness and grief. After so many years of sacrifices of looking after the mysterious Sun Triad Flower, they had finally found it. Moreover, they found it on the day where his wife’s life was in danger. He clenched his fist tight before standing up. “Wait for me, this time I’ll definitely help you recover.”However, there’s no response from his wife. He could only sigh helplessly before leaving the room.“My lord, the carriage you asked had already been prepared.” the butler that welcomed him a few hours ago reported. Before visiting his wife, he specifically looked for him to prepare a carriage. He plan to visit his old friend who’s helping him take care of his wife.
“I also got this awesome scar” Esmond said, showing off the claw mark left by the big wolf he fought earlier.Everyone looked at his chest with disbelief written in their faces. They couldn’t believe it. How could a wound turned into a scar in just a few hours? Unless one had superb regeneration ability.Iris walked next to him and stared intently at his scar. Afterwards, a smile formed on her face as she looked at his brother. It was a look of contempt and disgust.Renfield wanted to say something but his sister was one step ahead of him.“Wow! Such great scar. You truly are talented compared to my brother who only knows how to look good. He's clearly older than you yet you're better than him”His face turned red in embarrassment. The mockery of his sister was like a knife stabbing him in his chest. He wanted to retort back but there's nothing
“The two of you stay here. I'll follow uncle Griswold as he might need my help”“What are you talking about? You can't just leave us like that!” the girl who was silent moments ago blurted out.“Iris! Stop acting like a child. Esmond is in trouble and I have to go there”Iris looked at her brother hatefully. Its not that she didn't want her brother to help save Esmond, it's just that if he go, no one will be here to protect them if a monster showed up.“Go if you want to go! If the both of us are attacked by savage beast and die, I promise I'll haunt you forever!” Iris furiously said, thinking that her brother didn't care about her.“Fine!” the young boy replied in irritation. He really wished to go and follow his uncle and see him fight in action against that big beast. But because of his younger sister, his chance of seeing it becomes nothing.***Swizz~ swizz~Swizzling sound of the wind could be heard as Griswold ran at an unbelievable speed. He was too fast that it was as though t
“Alright, alright... Stop dragging her like that” Esmond said seeing how determined his brother was in saving the girl's life.“You're going to help me right Big bro?” Alwyn asked sheepishly as if he was expecting him to say that.“What can I do? Do you think I'm that stone hearted?” “Yes” Alwyn replied to his question with a big bright smile.Esmond couldn't help his mouth to twitch. He could only shook his head thinking how honest his brother was.“Help me put her in my back” He said before crouching down on the ground.“Wait.. your sword is on the way. Give it to me, I'll hold it for you”“Oh right”Esmond took the sword away from his back and gave it to his brother. Just then, a huge shadow leaped out of the bush 20 meters away from them and released a thunderous roar. The two paled in fright seeing how big it was. The shadow that leaped out of the bush stood mightily, glaring at them with cold deadly eyes. It was a big wolf that has a height of five feet while standing on its fo
The preparations are done at exactly four in the morning. Alpha Broderick and his companions all kneeled on the ground, mourning for the deaths of their brothers. On the other side of them, Alpha Sebastian and his people were also doing the same thing as them. It was quite funny to look at that the two opposing packs were mourning in the same place. However, the atmosphere was heavy as everyone didn’t know the exact reason behind this war.But all of that didn't distract Broderick. He was fully focus on contemplating of what he’ll do next. The death of these people was because of him. Because of his command to declare war. He finally realize how heavy the responsibility he have as the Alpha of the pack. Moreover, Golden Hound Pack wasn’t the final destination, but rather the first step of his plan. He wasn't afraid of war nor fighting any strong warriors as he can handle them with his strength. However, his people doesn't have the same strength as him. In war, he can't guarantee everyo
'Don't be stubborn and go. He won't kill me so don't worry' Sebastian reassured seeing Terrie's hesitation.'What do you mean by that Alpha? How can you be so sure that he won't kill you?' Beta Terrie asked dumbfounded. Looking at how beaten he was and wounded under his enemy's feet. Who would believe that his enemy doesn't have any intention on killing him?'Trust me. Instead of putting yourself in trouble, might as well go and help my son recover. I don't know what his situation is right now. If anything bad happens to him, I’d rather follow him on the other side' Sebastian growled in the voice transmission. His face showed how saddened he was by what happened to his son.Beta Terrie looked towards the throne and saw Alpha Sebastian’s son on the floor whose breathing was faint and on the verge of death. After realizing the urgency of the situation, he reverted back to his human form and went towards the child.Everyone raised their guard up and stared at him suspiciously but didn't m
