Loyd stared at Elinor for a moment as if she had lost her mind.

"My lady what do you mean? You need to get out of here before the guards are here," He said looking at her with concern.

“No, there’s something else more important for you to do,” She said, “ My father moved up the time for his invasion to tonight. You need to make sure that the guys know before it’s too late,” She said.

“But what about you my lady?! I can’t leave you alone here,” He said his eyes trained on her with determination.

He wasn’t going to leave her here unless she was very convincing.

“I came back for you, my lady. I promised Lord Louis that I would be taking care of you and making sure that you are safe,” He said.

“And that’s exactly what you are going to do,” She answered, “I want you to untie me and leave a gun and a knife here with me. As soon as my father sets out of the house, I will head up for my mother, then I will be getting out of here,”
