14: lights off

It's past seven in the evening but Gael still hasn't arrived. Tallulah had been waiting for him for a while because she was hoping that he would be here even though he did not respond to her request. Because her parents were not there, she called them not to go home because she said that Gael was going to be there but it looks like she was wrong because he wasn't there yet.

"Dang, do you think Gael will come?" She sadly asked their helper who was close to her because she had been the one who had taken care of her almost since she was born. It's also not a secret about her great love for Gael.

The old woman came to her and sat next to her and gently rubbed her shoulder. "What do you think, Tali?" She smiled. "It's not that I want to hurt you, but sometimes you have to accept that not everything we want to happen, will happen. Less expectation, less pain," she said with a trace of comfort in it.
