grief, oh grief

Aimee pressed the button next to her bed and a loud beeping noise filled the room. Two nurses rushed in, panicking. “What’s wrong Miss?”

They were already checking her vitals but she shook her head and whispered. “Please tell him to go. Please. Please.”

The nurses were terrified, sweat pooling on their faces as terror washed over them. Did she really request for them to chase Alpha Logan out of the hospital? he had never been to the hospital until the accident but it doesn’t mean they did not fear him as much as every other person in the pack. How will they ask him to leave?”

“Aimee,” Logan began, reaching out to touch her but before he could, Aimee grabbed a fruit knife on the table next to the roll-up bed and stabbed at his shoulder without hesitation.

Logan didn’t move to dodge it, the sound of a knife piercing his flesh filled the room, and his shirt was soon soaked with blood.
