The next morning, I wake up to the sound of Stanley's gentle snoring. I smile to myself, feeling a deep sense of warmth in my chest.

I remember the events of the previous night. Stanley told me what happened to Molly, but it seemed that he didn't want to tell me the entire story.

I turn my head to look at him, taking in the sight of his peaceful expression as he slept. I slowly untangle myself from his embrace, careful not to wake him up. I make my way to the kitchen, start a pot of coffee and take a seat at the table, lost in thought.

The thought of not knowing the whole truth makes me uneasy, but at the same time, I want to stay patient.

I sit here and keep wondering about Stanley's past and the things he had hinted at. What kind of bad things had he done? And how had they led to Molly's murder?

My thoughts are interrupted by the sound of footsteps.

"Good morning, sunshine," Stanley announces. He looks a lot more cheerful than the night before.

"Good morning," I reply with a s

Madison exclaimed, her face lighting up with joy as she opens the door for me. She stepped aside to let me in. She is carrying one of the quadruplets on her waist, but I couldn't tell which one."This one is Jonas," Madison says and laughs as she can read the confusion on my face."One day I will figure this out," I chuckle back at her.Looking around, I see three sets of eyes staring at me curiously. They are all wearing matching outfits, and I can't help but chuckle at their cuteness."I had a nice, long talk with Stanley the other day," I tell her after we settle down.Madison raises an eyebrow. When Oliver told me he was planning on inviting Ethan over for dinner, my heart plunged to my throat. I tried to say no because I knew what my brothers were up to. They just want to invite Ethan so they can scare him in the comfort of their own home. But for some reason, I couldn't say no. Maybe because seeing Ethan in my house is much more tempting. I make a mental note to myself: I must protect Ethan from the quadruplets' wrath. And so I am standing in front of my wardrobe, looking for the perfect outfit. Nothing screams "I'm not interested" more than a casual T-shirt and jeans, but I don't want to seem too eager either. I try on a white summer dress with delicate lace details that fall perfectly around my curves. But then again, it's too girly and Ethan might think I'm trying too hard. So I put on a pair of slim-fitting j

Our father, Victor walks in and asks."Sheila is screaming at me because I scared her little date at the museum," I say gruffly.Dad scowls. "Date? What date?"Sheila's face turns pale. I can tell she is caught off guard as she didn't want to tell our father about her dating boys already. Hmm...I feel bad for her now.
