CHAPTER 125: Changing the Tune

MEI’S POV:

Weak and useless.

It’s not a surprise that Betty and Elmyra aren’t smart enough to play and stay dirty. And now, they’re paying the price.

On TV, their faces are pale as they're handcuffed and arrested by the police out of their homes. Their crimes have been exposed to the world, but they never fully admit to any of them.

They also mentioned my name in the CCTV recordings that are circulating all over the net, causing my business’ sales to fluctuate even further and for the public to crucify me. Due to this, I can’t compete, much less destroy Hazel’s business.

The only positive thing about the CCTV videos, is that Elmyra nor Betty never said that I’m the mastermind or that I helped them k.idnapped their grandsons. All they said was to ask me for help to find their grandsons.
