Hayden's head was lowered while his fingers tapped rapidly on his phone; he was so concentrated on his phone that his walking pace lagged; Hayden, who walked next to Zenos, unconsciously fell behind Zenos.

Hayden suddenly took a glance away from his phone. He raised his head and strode toward Zenos to catch up. He clung onto Zenos’s arm and beamed eagerly while staring at Zenos with eager and sparkling green eyes. "Zen.”

Zenos’s expression softened, and his eyes fell on the boy's impeccably handsome face. His brows arched, and he responded calmly, "Hm?"

Hayden blinked innocently, let go of Zenos’s hand, and raised his phone for Zenos to see the content on the screen. "I've got a school project with Justin; can I go to his place…”

Zenos's expression turned cold, and he interjected firmly, "No.”
