Gladys gave Noah a sidelong glance. She didn’t know what to make of the revelation. Was this supposed to be his new home? Or, was this someplace he bought to pacify a mistress? After all, she was deeply concerned about Gwynn. So, she couldn’t help herself but wonder about these things.
