Was Mason at home?

Zoe’s eyes were fixed on both of his cars while she was getting out of hers. Layla saw her and came over and said passionately, “You’re back, Ms. Zoe!”

Smiling lightly, she said, “I’m no longer the mistress of the house!” Then, she asked, “Is Mason home?”

Layla stuttered at what she said.

Paying her no mind, Zoe strolled right into the manor. She was making her way upstairs when she saw someone in the living room.

She almost couldn’t believe it.

It was Gabriela.

Her face immediately turned pale at the sight.

Gabriela, however, wasn’t the least bit surprised to see her here. Her tone was serene but authoritative as if she was the mistress of the manor now. “We’ve packed up all of your stuff as well as your daughter’s. You’ll find them in the private lounge. Here, I’ll show you the way!
