"Am I disturbing you?" Thomas enquired, picking up the snacks on the table. But just as he was about to swallow, he had the feeling that someone was watching him. When Wilna glanced over, it seemed like she wasn't too happy about Thomas eating the snacks she'd prepared for Helena.

"No problem, right?" Thomas asked, without any sense of guilt. "Is it okay if I eat this, Wilna?"

Wilna tried to be patient. She couldn't go against Thomas, who was also her superior. "No problem, Mr. Thomas. No problem. I'll get Miss Helena something else to snack on." But every now and then, Wilna had to speak up a little more forcefully to deal with Thomas' behavior. "Because Miss Helena usually wants an afternoon snack. Miss Helena's pregnancy has meant a few changes to her diet."
