Chapter Fifty One

Erin Lockheart's POV

My spirit wolf gave me her remaining power and with my fire magic, I could instantly burn the metal binding my arms without getting burned. I looked at the blood moon and with a quiet resolve, I headed to the tunnels inside the castle knowing Luna uses this to hide her blood magic from Cadmus.

Eventually, I found her lair. There was a dim light coming from the end of the hall and surely enough, I heard Luna's voice as she shouted, "Still not good enough!"

I peaked at the room, concealing my presence as best I could as I hid behind the pillars. I saw Luna punishing her servants as she said, "The potion is still not strong enough, I could control your motor functions but not your organs. I know that blood magic could go to such extent where I can manipulate your heart, to say, to explode at my will."

The servant's horrified faces says it all but under Luna's blood magic, they couldn't dare defy her.
