I was stunned, how could she blurt out a very special memory, exactly how it happened five years ago? I stared at her pale face and a sliver of hope sprouted inside me. She was having flashes of her past means I can help her to remember the beautiful time we spent together and how we promised each other to never be apart.

“We have reached.” I said to divert the subject. I knew if I asked her about it, it’d make her panic and there’s probabilities that she’d close herself and I won’t risk it.

“Come, Travis. I’ll order my favourite for us, do you want to try my special treat?” She asked Travis while avoiding me.

“Yes, Mom.” My son clapped his hands and they stepped out of the car, our guards followed us. I walked by their side, my eyes scanning the area for any suspicious activities and when I was convinced that we were safe, I signalled them to enter inside. The place was quiet and vacated as I had reserved the place for two hours. I paid them double.
