Babysitter

"Leave my bags over there." Lia ordered, closing the door behind her.

Jane wasn't home so ordinarily she wouldn't have been able to get in. Thank God Jane had given her a spare key to her place some days back.

"Is there anything else you'd like me to do for you Mrs. James?" Liam asked and Lia winced at the name.

'I'm not Mrs James!' She yelled inside her head but smiled at him. "No, that would be all. You can go back home now. I don't need the car."

He stood still for a moment, studying her and she sighed. "I'm serious Liam, go."

"But Mr James.."

Lia gritted her teeth and rested her hands on the chair. "Tell Mr James I asked you to come back because I don't need the car." Lia dismissed him with her hand and walked away, heading for the bedroom.

She closed the door behind her and slumped to the ground, resting against the door.
