The young noble ladies in the ball who were dazzled by her beauty woke up from their dazed. Then they looked at her with confusion on their faces. They were wondering who Erella was because it was the first time they saw her, especially those noble ladies who had already gone to Baron Astley's estate to visit Graciella and Audrey.

"Is she really from the Baron Astley estate? Why I never heard her from Graciella and Audrey?" Lady Dawn Bailey asked the ladies surrounding her while covering her face half with a fan. Dawn Bailey was the daughter of Viscount Bailey.

She was really baffled about who was the beautiful young lady just entered the ball. Because when she visited the Astley estate, she never had seen Erella there. All she saw was the little kid who was working as a maid and a few servants that Paisley hired just for that day because a viscount daughter visit their estate. "Oh em gee! How long do we need to wait for the princes? I am bored. I want to go home with Max." Erella murmured feeling bored. She was already standing for fifteen minutes near the banquet table alone. Earlier, she wanted to relax outside the balcony but all the balconies in the hall were occupied by the young ladies so she ended up standing near the banquet table. She tried to look for someone to talk to while waiting for the two princes but the noble young ladies were avoiding her and the commoners were too scared to approach her because she's a noble. "Dang! If I know this is what happens to me, I should pretend I am sick and just stay with Max in the estate." Erella murmured again. Then she looked at the table full of delicious snacks. She didn't plan to eat at the ball because she was afraid she couldn't control herself to eat more and her dress will burst out, just like what she was doing in the Von Heinlein estate. But because o

The chirping of the birds woke Erella up. She stretched her arms while yawning. Then she rubbed her eyes gently. After that, she got up from her bed and went to the window. She looked outside and she saw the golden rays of the sun that gave a bright color to the clouds and the grounds of the Von Heinlein estate. She felt refreshed just looking at the sunrise outside her window. Erella wanted to stare at its beauty more but a sudden knock startled her. "Milady?" Merry called her name which means she was asking permission to enter her bedroom. "Come in, Merry," Erella said. After she gave her approval, Merry came into her room with a group of maids with her. Erella looked at them in confusion. She was wondering why Merry brought several maids with her. "Merry, what's going on?" Erella asked her but Merry didn't answer her. Instead, Merry hurriedly gave orders to

His majesty and her majesty walked towards their royal seat first before the two princes followed them to their royal seats too. Upon sitting on their royal seat, Prince Maverick checked the young ladies in the hall right away, especially the ten-year-old young ladies with blonde hair. His eyes were busy looking for the little angel he saw in the forest but he couldn't find her. He also told the attendant to look for the girl he described. But even the attendant couldn't find the girl he was looking for.'Maybe she didn't go because she has no finances to buy for her dress and to pay for her carriage to come here.' Maverick thought-feeling disappointed. All of a sudden, he lost interest in the ball so when the steward of the palace announces the names of the ladies in front of them, his mind was somewhere off thinking how on Earth he will find the little girl in the forest. He just came to his senses when his father the majesty called his attention in a soft voi

Erella felt uncomfortable sitting inside the carriage because Max was beside her with his gaze glued to her and at the same time patting her head. It seemed like it was forever that he didn't see her. If it was just fine with her, Max also wanted her to sit on his lap. But she just rejected him because her heart couldn't take it if she will sit on his lap. 'Geez!?' His attitude change a hundred degrees from earlier!' Erella thought unhappily. "You are really adorable with your dress." Max complimented happily then patted her head again. Erella rolled her eyes and shook her head. 'It was just minutes ago when you flinched and pushed me when I hugged you. Then now, you want to stick at me like glue.' She murmured and thought about earlier before she got in the carriage. Fifteen minutes ago... Max was anxiou

"So they don't want to hide anymore," Erella said with a serious face. She already felt them when their carriage was going back to Von Heinlein Duchy even though they were trying to hide their presence. But she just ignored them because they are not doing anything to them. Max's eyebrows were knitted together when he heard what Erella said. 'What? They don't want to hide anymore? Does it mean they were already following us from the beginning?' Max thought, feeling disappointed in himself because he didn't feel their presence. 'Damnit! I need to train hard more so I can protect Erella!' He murmured. Max suddenly became vigilant when he felt a great deal of ominous mana outside their carriage. Then all of a sudden, Max held Erella in his arms and flew out of the carriage. When Max landed his feet on the ground the carriage was suddenly cut in half. A big bat monster threw a wind attack on their carriage and it cut in

"Ekkkk!Kekekekek!" Jubatus the giant bat was startled when he saw Erella on his back. But after a few moments, he went back to his senses and he went mad knowing that a little lowly human was on his back. He could never imagine that a lowly human could ride on his back. Surely, his brethren back in devildom will laugh at him if they will know that a weak-looking human was able to ride on him. Just thinking about it, made him more furious. "How dare a lowly human sit on my back!" He groaned loudly. Then he flew higher into the sky to shake off the little girl but Erella was holding up firmly onto his back. It made him more furious. And an idea came to his mind. He flew fast straight to the ground to knock Erella but before he could do it, he felt the aura of the little girl become dangerous on his back. It felt like it could devour him. That was the first time he felt that kind of aura. It was more dominant and terrifying than the aura of their k

A cloud of dust and a tremor could be seen and felt after Jubatus pummeled Erella into the ground. "Ekekekekek! How arrogant you were earlier, but now in front of me you are just a powerless little brat! Ekekekekke!" Jubatus exclaimed proudly. Everyone was shocked by what happened, especially Max. Looking at the giant mallet that Jubatus was holding and the deep hole that it made when Erella was pummeled into it, made Max freeze in his place and was unable to fight the remaining bugbears. He could tell that Erella's body could not withstand the impact of the giant mallet that hit her because her power at the moment was just below the average of the wizards. So she could not put a strong spell on her to shield her from that giant mallet. Then he thought an unimaginable thing happened to Erella. His heart tightened that it feels he couldn't breathe. "E---Erella..No, no, no, please

"M--Max, I need to stabilize my mana so HIT ME WITH THE GIANT MALLET!" Erella exclaimed with all her strength. Max was momentarily confused. His mind couldn't understand what Erella was saying. "ARGH!"Erella groaned in pain once again. And she was still holding Max's collar. "I---I need the giant mallet!" Erella cried out. Max woke up from his daze and at that time he understood what Erella meant. So he laid her back gently onto the ground and in a flash, he went to Jubatus to get the giant mallet. But before he could get it from him, a herd of harpies and minotaurs came. He immediately looked back where Erella was. The harpies and the minotaurs were just a few meters away from her. "Damn!" He cursed and went back to Erella so he didn't have the chance to get the giant mallet from Jubatus. He needed to keep Erella away from them, especially from the harpies. “Welcome back!” Erella’s bright smile greeted them. Then she dashed towards Marchioness Camille, who had just descended the carriage. The frightening air that surrounded Marchioness Camille vanished when Erella embraced her. Then a lovely radiance replaced it. "Oh, my adorable sweetie! I really do miss you! With great excitement, the Marchioness hugged Erella firmly after saying this. After a while, she gently moved Erella away from herself. Erella assumed Marchioness Camille would let her go, so she was prepared to go to Max and hug him too. However, Marchioness Camille did not let her go, and she was still holding her arms gently. After that, Marchioness Camille thoroughly examined her from head to foot. The servants stood proudly in front of the three. Because, looking at the little lady, they knew the marchioness and the young duke would really love her more. But they had no idea that their masters would think differently. Marchioness Camille's eyebrows knitted together when she noticed her nephew Max, who was sitting quietly in front of her and deep thought. It had already been three hours since they were travelling from the palace back to the Von Heinlein estate, but she never heard Max utter even a word. He just kept taking a deep breath and knitting his eyebrows the entire time. Well, Max is usually quiet, especially if there is nothing to talk about. However, the incident that happened three days ago would surely make him talk excitedly. Even in the palace, he was also quiet. Marchioness Camille thought that he was simply keeping quiet in the palace because he did not want the royals to discover who had captured and severely damaged the cores of the infamous bandits who had been sent in front of the palace's entrance. However, Max was still quiet for the three hours they were in the carriage. It was pretty strange. Especially the person who captured and damaged the cores of the bandits was none othe

When the warm sunlight touched Erella's eyes, she grimaced while her eyes were still shut, and then she covered them with a blanket. She still did not want to wake up yet because she was still sleepy. She slept late last night because she waited for a certain person under the table to put her present under the Christmas tree that Aunt Camille said would come and give her the present that she wished for. She wasn't interested in the gift because Aunt Camille and Max would give her what she wanted. But she was quite interested in seeing what the individual looked like. If he was the jolly fat man she knew or if he looked differently, Because where she was from before, the jolly fat man that the adults were talking about was just them disguising as the jolly fat man. However, she did not see that person because, while waiting under the table, she fell asleep. She just woke up for a little while because she felt someone carry her, bring her to her room, and gently lay her down on her bed.

Three days ago in Underworld... Odeus was playing with Graciella on the bed when he abruptly came to a halt. Then he roughly pushed Graciella out of bed and sat with a serious expression on his face. “KYAAA! "Graciella cried out when Odeus pushed her out of bed. "Babe!" she exclaimed flirtatiously to Odeus, who was perplexed by what had happened. Then she thought of complaining to him about how he shoved her roughly out of bed, but when she rose up to complain, her face suddenly turned pale. Because Odeus, who was always cheerful, even in a serious meeting of the pillars that she had already attended, suddenly was exuding an extremely murderous aura. She thought she had made a mistake by making him angry. So, she thought of apologising to him, but before she could do that, the pressure she felt from him caused her to fall to her knees. When Odeus got out of bed, she flinched because she could feel him staring at her. She was not really mistaken because Odeus was staring at her when

"Now it is your turn," Erella remarked coldly, and she pulled Danica's hair towards her. "ARGHHHHH!" In agony, Danica yelled. Then she attempted to remove Erella's hand from her hair, but she was unable to do so. Instead, each time she attempted to remove Erella's hand from her hair, she only felt greater pain. "Milady!" As soon as they noticed she was buckling under Erella's hold, Glaiza and Rita called her out. "H---Help me!" Danica cried out for help. Glaiza and Rita were about to help her, but they stopped themselves because they remembered Erella's uncontrolled power. Then they thought if they would help Danica, maybe their lives would be the first to perish before hers. So, they looked at each other and then looked at Erella. They flinched when they saw Erella move a little. "What do we need to do now? Obviously, we could not fight against that monstrous power of the brat; however, we could not ignore our lady's plea. If we do that, you know what will happen to us." Glai

Glaiza and Rita were pacing back and forth in the parlour while Danica drank her tea calmly. "They still couldn't find the brat, Milady." Glaiza expressed her concern. "What are we going to say to his grace and her grace when they come back?" Rita inquired anxiously because Erella hadn't returned home from her walk in the forest for the last three days. Glaize and Rita were concerned because Erella had not yet been found; however, Danica's mind was finally at ease because the thorn in her side had already been removed. Danica ignored their concerns; instead, she gave her tea another swirl while humming happily. She then sniffed it and delicately sipped it. After sipping it, she placed it on the saucer before calling her two lackeys. "Girls, don't be concerned about her. Take a seat next to me. Look at your tea; it's getting cold," Danica replied as she sipped her tea once more. She was unconcerned because she was aware of what had happened to Erella. She witnessed Erella with her

ARGHHHH!!! Vin's wailing cry echoed through the dense forests. The other bandits who saw what Erella did to Vin closed their eyes and, for the first time in their lives, prayed to God that someone would save them from Erella's hands or that Erella would pity them. But their prayers were not answered because after Erella pulled out all of Vin's nails from his fingers and toes, which made him fall unconscious, Erella looked at each of them and decided who would be the next target of her wrath. They were terrified! They were completely powerless against her. She was like a psychopath, ready for her next target. Looking at her, their terrified hearts liked to burst out of their ribs because they were anxious that they would be Erella's next target. But they felt a little relieved when Erella's gaze drifted to Khan. "NO! NO! NO! NO!" P---Please be merciful to me! I'll give you everything I've got. Please s--s--spare me!" Khan begged in vain. "W—What are we going to do now, Flynn?" Eddie inquired, his voice trembling. "A---Are we going to die right now?" Tubby, who was hidden behind Eddie, also inquired. "D—Don't say anything sinister, Tubby. Flynn is still capable of fighting them." Suzie claimed to have persuaded both Tubby and herself. She needed to convince herself since the bandits who had been beaten up by Flynn earlier were tremendously powerful after drinking something from the small bottle. Suzie knew deep down that Flynn would lose to them. Flynn may still have a shot if there was only one of them.
