Mavis visits the hospital

[ Denise's POV ]

After Angela went to the O.R for her surgery, Bella took me out of the hospital. My mom was the only one in the hospital patiently waiting for the outcome of Angela's surgery.

I sat down on the bench at the park, looking at the people who were available in the park.

Somewhere with their families, while some came as lovers. The park is the best place for lovers to go to, and come to think of it, I haven't been to the park with anyone, apart from Bella who is my best friend.

Jake and I never spent so much time together, and the little time we spent together, we spent it at our usual restaurant where he always eats.

He hardly takes me out, and I don't even bother him about it, because I wanted to be a good and considerate girlfriend to him, but he didn't appreciate my effort.

I haven't seen him after my wedding with Mavis, neither did he call or text me, and I don't even care about it, what matters to me now is that Angela is already getting treated.
