Emma's POV

Within a few hours, the news of Sherry's death started to blow up all across the news. The news agencies from our pack and the packs nearby were covering it intensely. No matter what channel you turn to, you would find a reporter talking about it.

It was confirmed that Sherry was indeed murdered. She was brutally stabbed to death while she was asleep in her own bed. So far, no one is being held as a suspect and the investigation is still going on.

This news shocked the entire territory. How can someone break into the most heavily guarded place of the pack and murder someone? And, who would want to kill Sherry?

I agree that she was a terrible mother-in-law and a human but she never had anyone she could call her enemy. She always played it safe and only bullied people who are weaker to her.

It was already night and there was not much of a development. The police were keeping every single information tight so it was hard to determine if they found any clue or not.
